Cherryka Bakery merupakan sebuah industri yang memproduksi roti, donat dan kue yang sudah cukup berkembang. Untuk mengantisipasi tingkat persaingan yang semakin ketat, kinerja maupun produktivitas dari industri perlu untuk diketahui. Oleh karena itulah diperlukan suatu indikator untuk mengetahui kualitas kerja dari perusahaan agar nantinya dapat dibuat kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat meningkatkan kemajuan perusahaan. Tugas akhir ini membahas tentang pengukuran dan analisa produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja perusahaan. Hasil pengukuran ini menunjukkan tingkat produktivitas yang cenderung fluktuatif dan mengalami peningkatan. Namun terdapat beberapa yang mengalami penurunan sehingga perlu adanya usaha untuk meningkatkan produktivitas. Pengaruh perilaku konsumen sangatlah besar terhadap produktivitas pada perusahaan. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan indeks produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja paling baik adalah pada bulan November tahun 2014 yaitu dengan nilai 150,95% terhadap peningkatan produktivitas tahun itu dibandingkan dengan periode dasarnya. Sedangkan indeks produktivitas paling buruk terjadi pada tahun 2013 di bulan November yaitu dengan nilai 94,1% dengan diketahui salah satu tingkat produktivitas parsial inilah diharapkan nantinya tingkat produktivitas perusahaan akan meningkat sehingga keuntungan yang diperoleh dapat lebih besar dan dapat menambah kemajuan perusahaan untuk bisa memenangkan persaingan yang semakin ketat.

Cherryka Bakery is an industry which produces bread, donuts and cakes that have been sufficiently developed. To anticipate the increasing competition levels, performance and productivity of the industry is necessity to be identified. As a result, it is required an indicator to determine the quality of effort of the company that later can be made policies which hopefully can improve the company's progress. The final task is about the measurement and analysis of partial labor productivity of the company. The measurement results indicate that productivity levels tend to fluctuate and increase. on the other hand, there are some who fell. Consequently, it needs to be an effort to increase productivity. The influences of consumer behavior play a part in the enterprise of the productivity. The calculations show a partial index of labor productivity is best in November 2014 that the value of 150.95% of the increase in productivity that year compared with the period basically. While the productivity index worst occurred in 2013 in the month of August with value of 83.51%. By way of this, a partial productivity level is expected to be increased later in the productivity of the company.
