Berkembangnya dunia konstruksi di Indonesia semakin besar. Banyaknya proyek konstruksi skala kecil maupun besar menjadikan adanya industri beton sangat dibutuhkan. Beton readymix merupakan industri yang bergerak di bidang jasa penyediaan beton siap pakai. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui jumlah beton yang akan diproduksi dalam setahun, bulanan dan harian pada PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia plant Pulogadung, serta untuk mengetahui kebutuhan alat, kebutuhan stock material dan kemampuan terhadap pengiriman. Metode yang digunakan pada laporan ini adalah metode interview (wawancara langsung), metode observasi (pengamatan), metode diskriptif dan metode analisis. Berdasarkan hasil pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan, produksi tahun 2014 direncanakan meningkat 31,1. Kemampuan batching plant dengan minimal jam efektif 13 jam dapat memproduksi 1207 m3 per hari. Kemampuan wheel loader untuk pemuatan split 134 m3/ jam, untuk pemuatan pasir bangka 108,75 m3/jam, untuk pemuatan pasir cimalaka 107,2 m3/jam. Truck mixer dengan cycle time 148,75 menit, jam kerja efektif 16,8 jam/hari, kapasitas 7,5 m3 per truck dengan kemampuan pengiriman 1368 m3/hari memenuhi untuk target rencana produksi 1120 m3/hari. Daya tampung maksimal stock material split 13000, pasir bangka 8000 m3 pasir cimalaka 6000 m3, semen 450 ton, fly ash 180 ton. Secara keseluruhan plant Pulogadung memiliki sumber daya yang mencukupi untuk rencana produksi tahun 2014.

Readymix concrete is industry in the provision of services that make it concrete ready for use. The purpose of this writing is to know the number of concrete will be produced in a year , in daily and monthly at PT. Adhimix Precast Indonesia Pulogadung plant, and to know the needs of an instrument , the needs of stock material and the ability to delivery. The methods used in this report is the method of interview (direct interview), the observation methods, the diskriptif method and the method of analysis. Based on the results of the discussion can be taken in conclusion , the production year 2014 planned increase 31,1 %. The ability of batching plant with minimal effective hours of 13 hours can produce 1207 cubic meters/day. The ability wheel loaders to loading split 134 cubic meters/ hour , for bangka sand 108,75 cubic meters/ hour , for cimalaka sand 107,2 cubic meters/ hour. A mixer truck with cycle time 148,75 minutes , working hours effective 16.8 hours/ day , the capacity of 7.5 m3 per truck with delivery capabilities 1368 cubic meter/ day to meet the target of the production of 1120 plan cubic meters/ day. Maximum capacity stock material of split 13000, bangka sand 8000 m3, cimalaka sand 6000 m3, cement 450 tons fly ash 180 tons. Overall Pulogadung having resources sufficient to plan production year 2014.
