Tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan mengenai aktivitas di komunitas Atsuki. Alasan penulis memilih komunitas Atsuki karena tertarik dengan kebudayaan jepang dan ingin tahu lebih lanjut tentang kegiatan yang berada di komunitas Atsuki. Informasi diperoleh dengan menggunakan beberapa metode, yaitu observasi langsung, wawancara dan kuisioner sebagai metode utama dan tinjauan pustaka serta sumber dari internet sebagai metode pendukung. Komunitas Atsuki memiliki tiga aktifitas, yaitu kelas pelatihan, cosplay dan rekreasi. Di kelas pelatihan, anggota dapat belajar tentang furoshiki, bahasa jepang, origami, membuat kostum, komik, dan kaligrafi. Pada persiapan cosplay, mereka harus membuat kostum, latar belakang musik, gerakan dan dialog. Di kegiatan rekreasi, para anggota menjernihkan fikiran mereka, terkadang mereka juga melakukan kegiatan sosial seperti menjadi penggalangan dana untuk menolong korban Merapi.

This graduating paper aims to explain about the activities of Atsuki community. The reason why the research chooses Atsuki community because the research interested in Japanese culture and wants to know more about the activities in Atsuki community. The information is collected and obtained by using some methods, which are direct observation, interview and questionnaire as the primary method and library research as the secondary method while internet research as the supporting methods. From the research statements, it can be concluded that Atsuki community has three activities; those are training classes, cosplay and outbound. In training classes the members can learn about furoshiki, Japanese language, origami, make an armor, manga and shodo. In the preparation of cosplay, they have to make costume, music background, movement and dialog. In outbound activity the member refresh their mind sometimes they also do social activity such as became a fundraiser to help Merapi's victims.
