PEMBUATAN IRON TRAP UNTUK PENANGGULANGAN MASUKNYA BESI PADA MESIN DIGESTER DAN PRESS

Pada station press, sering terjadi penyumbatan pada mesin digester dan kerusakan komponan screw press pada mesin press. Masalah tersebut akibat masuknya besi yang berasal dari station sebelum station press. Umumnya, kerusakan yang ditimbulkan yaitu screw press yang digunakan untuk mengekstraksi brondolan menjadi patah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sebuah alat yang menghindarkan kerusakan mesin. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, perlu sebuah alat perangkap bahan logam pada tempat tersebut agar tidak masuk pada station press. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pertama, observasi langsung. Kedua adalah mendesain dan membuat alat, dan ketiga adalah membuat medan magnet. Untuk membuat electromagnet yang lebih kuat, dapat diselesaikan menggunakan langkah-langkah berikut ini: pertama, perbesar jumlah lilitan, dan kedua adalah perbesar daya listrik.

In station press, the digester machine often occurs blockage, the screw press components also damage in the press machine. Those problems occur because of irons which came from the previous station. Generally, the damage caused from the broken screw press which used to extract the palm. This research is conducted to create a tool which used to avoid machine damage. To achieve the goal, it is needed a tool to trap the metal substance in its place so that, it will not go through station press. The methods which used in this research are first, direct observation. The second is designing and creating the tool, and the third is create the magnetic field. To produce more powerful an electromagnet, can be done by following this steps: first, multiply the coil number, and the second is enlarge the power electricity number.
