HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI

Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah komitmen organisasi dan diukur dengan menggunanakan skala Organizational Commitment Questionnaire. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perceived organizational support yang diukur dengan menggunakan skala Survey of Perceived Organizational Support. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan antara komitmen organisasi dengan perceived organizational support. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survey dengan cara memberikan skala kepada subjek yang memenuhi kriteria yaitu karyawan PT. Andrawina Darma Manunggal Mulya yang berjumlah 180 subjek. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode korelasi product moment dari Pearson, dan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan perceived organizational support (r2=0,283, p<0,05) sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima. Sumbangan efektif perceived organizational support terhadap komitmen organisasi sebesar 28,3%.
The aim of this study is to find out the correlation between perceived organizational support and organizational commitment. Dependent variable in this study is organizational commitment and being measured using Organizational Commitment Questionnaire Scale. Independent variable in this study is perceived organizational support and being measured using Survey of Perceived Organizational Support. Hypothesis that being proposed for this study is : There is possitive correlation between organizational commitment and perceived organizational support. Research method that used on this study is quantitative method by distributing scale to subject who meet the criteria, which is employee of PT. Andrawina Darma Manunggal Mulya that totaling 180 subjects. The data are analyzed using Pearson’s product moment, and the result of this study showed that there was a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and perceived organizational support (r2=0.283, p<0.05) so the hypothesis can be accepted. Perceived organizational support give an effective contribution to organizational commitment by 28.3%
