HUBUNGAN ANTARA PERSEPSI PERAWAT TERHADAP BUDAYA SPIRITUAL ORGANISASI DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR

Organizational citizenship behavior merupakan perilaku yang penting dimiliki oleh karyawan demi efektivitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi perawat RSI Sultan Agung terhadap budaya spiritual organisasi dengan OCB. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini dalah OCB. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi terhadap budaya spititual organisasi. Hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini adalah persepsi terhadap budaya spiritual organisasi memiliki hubungan positif dengan OCB, yaitu apabila persepsi terhadap budaya spiritual organisasi naik maka OCB juga naik begitupun sebaliknya. Subjek penelitian yang dilibatkan berjumlah 54 perawat di RSI Sultan Agung, Semarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi terhadap budaya spiritual organisasi memiliki hubungan positif dengan munculnya OCB perawat (r = 0,915, p = 0,000, p < 0,01) sehingga hipotesis dalam penelitian diterima. Koefisien determinasi yang diperoleh sebesar R2 = 0,84. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa persepsi terhadap budaya spiritual organisasi mampu menjelaskan varian OCB sebesar 84%, sedangkan 16% lainnya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain.

Organizational citizenship behavioris an important behavior that is owned by the employees for the effectiveness of the organization. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship of the nurse's RSI Sultan Agung perception of the spiritual organizational culture and OCB. Dependent variables in this study is OCB. Independent variables in this study is perception of spiritual organizational culture. The hypothesis of this study is the perception of the spiritual organizational culture has a positive correlation with OCB , that is when the perception of the spiritual organizational culture increases, the OCB also rise. Data were analyzed by correlation analysis technique. Research subjects are 54 nurses involved in RSI Sultan Agung, Semarang. By these conditions, perceptions of the spiritual organizational culture has positive correlation in the emergence of OCB in nurse. The result showed that there is a positive correlation between perception of spiritual organizational culture and OCB (r = 0,915, p= 0,000, p < 0,01), it means that hypothesis was accepted. The coefficient of determinant obtained for R2 = 0,84. It can interpreted that perception of spiritual organizational culture was able to explain the variant of OCB by 84% while 16% is explained by other variabel.
