Alat berat merupakan faktor penting dalam proyek kontruksi berskala besar. Tujuan alat berat untuk mempermudah manusia dalam mengerjakan pekerjaannya. Pembangunan gedung fasilitas produksi vaksin dan pengemasan PT. Bio Farma merupakan proyek yang mengunakan alat berat. Alat berat yang dipakai adalah backhoe dan dump truck pada pekerjaan penggalian dan pengangkutan tanah untuk basement, sehingga perlu adanya analisis alat berat pada pekerjaan ini. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis produktivitas alat berat, produktivitas per hari alat berat, efektivitas waktu pekerjaan alat berat, jumlah alat berat, dan efisiensi biaya alat berat pada pekerjaan penggalian dan pengangkutan tanah berdasarkan analisis pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pendekatan diantaranya, metode wawancara, metode sampling, metode observasi pada pekerjaan penggalian dan pengangkutan tanah berdasarkan analisis perencanaan kontraktor dan pelaksanaan sub kontraktor. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini diperoleh dua hasil nilai yaitu pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor. Nilai produktivitas backhoe menurut pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor masing-masing adalah 120,50 m3/jam dan 122,58 m3/jam. Produktivitas dump truck menurut pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor masing-masing adalah 1,45 m3/jam dan 2,39 m3/jam. Produktivitas pengangkutan tanah per hari menurut pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor masing-masing adalah 326,05 m3/hari dan 535,66 m3/hari. Estimasi waktu pekerjaan menurut pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor masing-masing adalah 92 hari dan 56 hari. Perhitungan kebutuhan alat backhoe menurut pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor masing-masing adalah sama (2 unit), dan untuk jumlah dump truck masing-masing adalah 16 unit dan 19 unit. Perbandingan biaya dan hasil negosiasi menurut pelaksanaan sub kontraktor dan perencanaan kontraktor masing-masing adalah Rp.1.769.823.000,00 dan Rp.2.016.130.000,00.

The purpose of this research is to analyze productivity heavy equipment, heavy equipment productivity every day, the effectiveness of time the work of heavy equipment, the number of heavy equipment, the cost of heavy equipment and the efficiency of the excavation work on haulling and land planning based on analysis of the sub contractors and contractors. Of the data used in primary and secondary data research. Data collection method uses the method approach are, a method of interview, a method of sampling, a method of observation, the excavation work on haulling and land planning based on analysis of the contractors and sub contractors. The analysis from the study obtained the results of the value of two views including implementation of sub contractors and the planning a contractor. The backhoe productivity values according to the implementation of sub contractors and planning contractor is 120.50 m3/hour and 122.58 m3/hour. Productivity dump truck according to the implementation of sub contractors and planning contractor respectively is 1.45 m3/hour and 2.39 m3/hour. Productivity haulling of soil every day according to the implementation of sub contractors and planning contractor respectively is 326.05 m3/day and 535.66 m3/day. Estimated time of work by execution of each sub contractor and contractors planning is 92 days and 56 days. Calculation of backhoe tools according to the implementation of sub contractors and planning contractor is the same (2 units), and for the amount of each dump truck is 16 units and 19 units. Comparison of the costs and outcome of negotiations according to the implementation of sub contractors and planning contracto respectively is Rp.1.769.823.000,00 and Rp.2.016.130.000,00.
