ANALISIS KONTRIBUSI PAJAK REKLAME TERHADAP PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH KABUPATEN SUKOHARJO TAHUN 2010 - 2014

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penulisan ini adalah ingin mengetahui hambatan dan upaya dalam pemungutan pajak reklame serta mengetahui besarnya kontribusi pajak reklame terhadap pajak daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Analisis dilakukan dengan menghitung realisasi penerimaan pajak reklame dengan realisasi penerimaan pajak daerah dipersentasekan sehingga diperoleh kontribusi masing-masing tahun selama tahun anggaran 2010-2014.Dari hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa potensi pajak reklame harus digali agar dapat meningkatkan penerimaan pendapatan daerah. Penerimaan pajak reklame sudah memenuhi target meskipun masih banyak hambatan yang terjadi dalam pemungutannya. Pajak reklame tersebut digunakan untuk membiayai rumah tangga pemerintahan Kabupaten Sukoharjo dan menyejahterakan rakyatnya.Program-program unggulan Pemerintah Kabupaten Sukoharjo juga dibiayai oleh pendapatan tersebut.Banyak hambatan yang terjadi dalam pemungutan pajak reklame dikarenakan dari pihak wajib pajak maupun dari DPPKAD Kabupaten Sukoharjo.Pemerintah juga mempunyai upaya untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut.

The purpose of the writing is to know the obstacles and the effort in colleting of advertisement tax and to know how the contribution advertisement tax to local revenues of Sukoharjo Regency. The analysis have done by counting the realyzation acceptance of the advertisement tacx with percentage of realization acceptance regency tax, so be got the contribution every year during the estimation of 2010-2014. From the analysis come be knew the advertisement tax potention must be hole to uncrease the acceptance of local revenues. The acceptance advertisement tax have completed the target although there was obstacles that happen in process of collecting it. The advertisement tax is used to finance the household of Sukoharjo regency to welfare the citizen. The special programs of Sukoharjo regency be financed by this acceptance too. Many obstacles that happen in the collecting advertisement tax from obligation taxer or DPPKAD Sukoharjo regency. The government have effort to resolve the obstacles.
