Latar Belakang : Ketidaklengkapan dalam pembuatan resume merupakan cerminan mutu rekam medis dan layanan yang diberikan oleh rumah sakit. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan di Rumah Sakit Lestari Raharja Magelang, terdapat item-item pada identifikasi pasien, riwayat penyakit pasien, dan autentikasi dokter masih kosong. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini berfokus untuk meneliti dampak ketidaklengkapan resume medis di Rumah Sakit Lestari Raharja Magelang. Tujuan : Mengetahui tingkat ketidaklengkapan resume medis setelah 1x24 jam, mengetahui dampak ketidaklengkapan pengisian resume setelah 1x24 jam, dan upaya petugas dalam mengatasi ketidaklengkapan pengisian lembar resume setelah 1x24 jam di Unit Rekam Medis Lestari Raharja Magelang. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara acak sederhana. Penelitian dilakukan di Unit Rekam Medis Rumah Sakit Lestari Raharja Magelang, pada tanggal 1 Mei 2015-13 Juni 2015. Hasil : Presentase ketidaklengkapan resume setelah 1x24 jam, dampak dari ketidaklengkapan resume setelah 1x24 jam, dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi ketidaklengkapan resume setelah 1x24 jam. BACKGROUND: Incompleteness in the recording of medical resumes is an indication of the quality of the services provided by the hospital. Based on the preliminary studies in Lestari Raharja Hospital in Magelang, there were some empty items such as the identification of the patients, the disease history from patient, and authentication from the doctors. Therefore, this research focuses on the impacts of incompleteness medical resumes at Lestari Raharja Hospital in Magelang. THE PURPOSES: To determine the level of incompleteness medical resumes after 1x24 hours, to find the impacts of the incompleteness medical resumes after 1x24 hours, and to find the efforts of the medical officials to overcome the incompleteness medical resumes after 1x24 hours in the unit of medical record in Lestari Raharja Hospital in Magelang. RESEARCH METHOD: The research method applied is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The data were collected by interviews, observation, and the documentation. The sample collection technique was conducted by a simple random technique. The research was done in the medical record unit of Lestari Raharja Hospital in Magelang, on 1 May 2015 to13 June 2015. THE RESULTS: The percentage of the incompleteness resumes after 1x24 hours, the impacts of the incompleteness resumes after 1x24 hours, and the efforts of medical officials to overcome incompleteness resumes after 1x24 hours.
