APLIKASI VALUE ENGINEERING DALAM PEKERJAAN RIGID PAVEMENT PADA PROYEK PENAMBAHAN DAN PENATAAN LAJUR GERBANG TOL DUKUH 2 PADA JALAN TOL JAGORAWI

Value Engineering (VE) adalah metode untuk meningkatkan efisiensi biaya pekerjaan konstruksi. Penelitian ini menerapkan VE pada proyek penambahan dan penataan lajur gerbang tol dukuh 2 pada jalan tol Jagorawi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung alternatif tebal pelat beton perkerasan kaku serta potensi penghematan biaya konstruksi pelat beton. Desain ulang pelat beton menggunakan metode Bina Marga tahun 2003. Data history lalu lintas dan harga dibawa ke tahun 2015 berdasarkan pertumbuhan lalu lintas 5 % dengan laju inflasi 6,97 %. Tebal analisis menunjukkan tebal pelat yang aman terhadap kerusakan fatik dan erosi adalah 160 mm, dengan potensi penghematan penghematan yang terjadi pada pekerjaan perkerasan sebesar Rp 1.072.031.183,62 atau sebesar 42,40 %. Hasil desain ulang belum memperhitungkan toleransi kesalahan pelaksanaan di lapangan dan analisis sensitivitas lalulintas dan biaya.

Value Engineering (VE) is methode to increase efficiency of the cost of construction work. This study is to apply VE in addition and arrangement of Dukuh 2 toll gate on Jagorawi toll road project. The purpose of this study is to calculate the rigid pavement thickness alternative and also calculate saving cost potential of concrete slab. Concrete slab redesign using Bina Marga methode. The exist traffic data and cost are convert to 2015 based of traffic growth as big as 5 % with inflation factor as big as 6,97 %. Analysis thickness show that 160 mm as pavement thickness is safe enough towards fatigue and erotion damage with cost saving potential amounted to IDR 1.072.031.183,62 or equal to 42,40 %. Redesign result is not consider of the implementation errors in the field and also sensitivity analysis of traffic desain and cost of the construction.
