INTISARI Tugas akhir ini menjelaskan tentang pengukuran dan pemetaan pada pekerjaan Praktek Kerja Lapangan (PKL) yang telah dilakukan. Pemetaan suatu proses yang melalui beberapa tahapan kerja dari pengumpulan data, pengolahan data dan penyajian data untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir sebuah peta. Metode yang digunakan saat pengukuran adalah metode terestris dengan menggunakan alat Total Station dan Sipat Datar. Pengukuran tersebut meliputi pengukuran KKH, KKV dan detil planimetris. Hasil Tugas Akhir ini berupa peta situasi dengan skala 1:500 di Dusun Kalicangak, DesaBeluk, Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Propinsi Jawa Tengah menghasilkan pengukuran KKH dengan jumlah sudut yang terukur dari 9 titik poligon tertutup 1260 derajat 0 menit 26,2 detik dengan kesalahan penutup sudut 0 derajat 0 menit 26,25 detik dan kesalahan linier 1:88304 untuk pengukuran KKV kesalahan penutup tinggi (fh) 0,0035m.

Based on what has been done on this job, have been produced a map situation scale of 1: 500 for regions Kalicangak hamlet, gritty village sub-district Bayat, regency Klaten , Central java province with the qualities of a map that determined with thoroughness KKH on a fallacy cover angles 0 degree 0 minutes 26,25 seconds and nicety linear 1: 88304 to carefulness kkv obtained error cover high ( fh ) 0,0035m and test it a map produce got prosentase 84 % test the altitude and 56 % planimetris test .
