ANALISA KEGAGALAN ENGINE MOUNTING INSULATOR NOISE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE QCC DI PT. ASTRA DAIHATSU MOTOR

Salah satu departemen pada PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor adalah Customer Quality Engineering Department (CQE. Dept) di Divisi Quality Assurance. Yang mana Customer Quality Engineering Department (CQE. Dept) memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa kendaraan tersebut tidak bermasalah lagi pada saat di after market dari penjualan dalam negeri dan luar negeri. Tujuan dari Customer Quality Engineering Department (CQE. Dept) adalah membuat data informasi kualitas dan mengatasi masalah produk Daihatsu. Dalam penelitian "Analisa kegagalan engine mounting insulator noise dengan menggunakan metode QCC di PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor". Noise problem pada engine mounting insulator sekitar 78% dan 39 kasus. Sehingga mentargetkan dan menurunkan masalah engine mounting insolator noise menjadi 0 kasus. Dengan menurunkan engine mounting insolator noise problem, ternyata memberikan efek kapasitas produksi. Jika dibandingkan dengan produksi aktual sebelum pelaksanaan penanggulangan adalah 78% terhadap target, maka setelah melaksanakan penanggulangan dapat menaikkan kapasitas produksi menjadi 100%. Dari hasil penanggulangan yang telah dilakukan ternyata aplikasi metode QCC dalam menanggapi permasalahan yang ada di industri sangat cocok sekali digunakan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan.

One of department on PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor is Customer Quality Engineering Department (CQE. Dept) in Quality Assurance Division. Which Customer Quality Engineering Department has a responsibility to ensure that vehicles are not troubled again in after market complaints, from the sale of domestic and abroad. The purpose of the Customer Quality Engineering Department is making information data quality and cope the problems of the Daihatsu products. In this study describes "Failure analysis engine mounting insulator using the QCC method in PT. Astra Daihatsu Motor". The problem of noise on engine mounting insulator approximately 78% and 39 case. So as to target and degrade engine mounting insulator noise problem becomes 0 case. By lowering engine mounting insulator noise problem, it appeared to give effect to the production capacity. If compared to actual production before implementation of countermeasures 78% against a target and after the response turned out to rise to 100%. From the results of countermeasures that have been done turns QCC method application in response to existing problems in the industry are very suitable.
