Akuntabilitas kinerja dinas pendapatan daerah Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui akuntabilitas kinerja dan kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan sistim akuntabilitas kinerja Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakarta di tahun 2000. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer berupa hasil pengolahan kuesioner dan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan pada Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakarta. Data sekunder berupa Pendapatan Ash Daerah (PAD) Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakarta, Penerimaan Daerah Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakarta dan Program Kerja Dinas Pendapatan Daerah Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakaita, Biro Keuangan Propinsi Oaerah lstimewa Yogyakarta dan studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode akuntabilitas kinerja instansi pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam upaya mencapai tujuan dan Sasaran DIPENDA Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakarta, program pembangunan dan program pendapatan dinilai berhasil. Evaluasi kinerja kebijaksanaan yang dilakukan terhadap kebijaksanaan peningkatan kinerja DIPENDA Propinsi Daerah lstimewa Yogyakarta dinilai sangat berhasil.

This research attempts to analysis the performance accountability and obstacles in the implementation of the performance accountability system at the regional income board of the province of Yogyakarta special territory in 2000. The data use in this research are primary and secondary data. The primary data were obtained from the questionnaires and interviews done at the Regional Income Board of Yogyakarta. The secondary data consist cf the Regional Income Board, the Financial Bureau of the province of Yogyakarata Special Territory, and library research. The analysis method app!ied in this research performance accountability method cf the government of office. The finding this research indicate that in order to realize the objectives and targets of the Regional lncome Board of the province of Yogyakarta Spsciai Territory, the development program and the income program of this board are successful. The performance evaluation indicates that the performance improvement police of the Regional Income Board of the province of Yogyakarta Special Territory is very successful
