HUBUNGAN ANTARA KEPERCAYAAN DIRI DENGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR PADA SISWA YANG MENDAPAT BANTUAN PENDIDIKAN TIDAK MAMPU DI SMK X

2015 | Skripsi | S1 PSIKOLOGIPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepercayaan diri dengan motivasi belajar pada siswa yang mendapat bantuan pendidikan tidak mampu di SMK X. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah motivasi belajar, sedangkan variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah kepercayaan diri. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri dengan motivai belajar. Semakin tinggi kepercayaan diri maka semakin tinggi pula motivasi belajar siswa, begitu juga sebaliknya. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan siswa yang mendapat bantuan pendidikan tidak mampu di SMK X. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 103 subjek. Alat ukur dalam penelitian ini adalah skala motivasi belajar dan skala kepercayaan diri. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik korelasi Product Moment dari Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara kepercayaan diri dengan motivasi belajar (rxy = 0,562 dengan p<0,01). Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Kepercayaan diri memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 31 ,6% terhadap motivasi belajar sedangkan 68,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain
This aim of this study is to find out the relationship between self confidence and learning motivation in scholarship student of vocational high school. The dependent variable of this study is learning motivation and the independent variable is self confidence. The hypothesis of the research was that there�s a positive relationship between self confidence and learning motivation. The subject of this study were the scholarship student of vocational high school. The amount of the subject are 103 students. This research uses learning motivation scale and self confidence scale as the measurement tools. Pearson�s product moment correlation technique is used as data analysis methods. The result of the study shows that there�s significantly positive relationship between self confidence and learning motivation (rxy = 0,562 and p<0,01). The hypothesis of the study was accepted. The effective contribution of self confidence was 31,6%. The remaining, 68,4%, was contributed by other factors.
