SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah atas beralamatkan di Jalan K.H Ahmad Dahlan No. 154 Wonorejo, Polokarto, Sukoharjo. Jurusan yang ditawarkan bagi siswa kelas sepuluh adalah jurusan IPA dan IPS. Metode penjurusan biasanya dilakukan dengan melihat nilai raport dan minat siswa sehingga penjurusan untuk siswa kelas sepuluh kurang maksimal serta membutuhkan waktu dan biaya yang lebih banyak. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem yang mampu menangani proses pengelolaan data penjurusan siswa yang secara otomatis dapat merekap data siswa yang telah melakukan penjurusan. Sistem ini mampu memberikan rekomendasi jurusan terhadap siswa terkait dengan mempertimbangkan nilai raport, psikotest dan minat. Sistem Informasi Penjurusan SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo ini dibangun dengan framework CodeIgniter dan bahasa pemograman HTML, PHP, javascript, CSS, jQuery dan basis data MySQL. Luaran dari penelitian ini adalah membantu pengolahan data penjurusan sampai terbentuk hasil penjurusan.

SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo is one of high school in K.H Ahmad Dahlan street number 154 Wonorejo, Polokarto, Sukoharjo. This school has two majors which are science dand social for tenth grade student. The method for decide whether students go to science class or social class is decided by report card and studentss interest in those subjects. But this method is not efficient and take so much time and cost. Based on the case, there is a need to develop a system that can handle the process and recapitulation for deciding students major based on the score, psychological test and students interest. The Majors Selection Information System of SMA Muhammadiyah Imam Syuhodo is developed using CodeIgniter framework, HTML, PHP, Javascript, CSS, jQuery and MYSQL Database. The purpose of this research is to improve data process on deciding students major.
