Dampak terjadinya human error ditunjukkan melalui adanya produk cacat yang dihsilkan dalam berproduksi. Apabila dibiarkan jumlah produk cacat ini akan terus meningkat, yang di kemudian hari dapat mempengaruhi penjualan. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut, tidak mungkin dipenuhi apabila tidak memiliki fasilitas yang memadai. Salah satu fasilitas yang diperlukan yaitu sistem pelatih dan pengingat kerja. Dengan latar belakang tersebut maka dibuatlah sebuah alat pelatih dan pengingat SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) berbasis arduino yang mana alat ini nantinya akan mempercepat pekerja baru dalam beradaptasi dengan pekerjaannya. Alat ini juga berguna untuk mengurangi human error yang disebabkan oleh lemahnya kemampuan pekerja dalam menguasai suatu pekerjaan. Kata Kunci : dot matrix display, Arduino

The impact of human error is indicated by the presence of defective products in production dihsilkan. If allowed number of defective products will continue to increase, which in the future could affect sales. To meet these demands, can not be met if it does not have adequate facilities. One of the necessary facilities are a job coach system. This system is very necessary to train new workers before it goes into production processes in industry. With this background, the coach made a tool SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) based arduino which this tool will accelerate new workers in adapting to the job.
