HUBUNGAN PERAN TENAGA KESEHATAN DENGAN KEPATUHAN IBU DALAM MELAKUKAN PERAWATAN ANTENATAL DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS AMPEL I BOYOLALI

Latar Belakang: Angka kematian ibu di Indonesia sejak tahun 1990 mengalami penurunan hanya 2,6% per tahun sementara target MDGs adalah 5,5% per tahun. Sebagian besar ibu hamil memeriksakan diri setidaknya satu kali selama proses kehamilan, namun hanya setengah dari ibu hamil yang memeriksakan diri minimal empat kali selama proses kehamilan. Pemantuan dan perawatan kesehatan yang memadai selama kehamilan sampai masa nifas sangat penting untuk kelangsungan hidup ibu dan bayinya. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan peran tenaga kesehatan dengan kepatuhan ibu dalam melakukan pemeriksaan antenatal di wilayah kerja puskesmas Ampel I Boyolali. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah observasional study dengan rancangan cross-sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2015 di kecamatan Ampel wilayah Puskesmas Ampel I Boyolali dengan sampel kurang lebih 65 pasien. Sampel dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pedoman antenatal oleh Departemen Kesehatan RI, kuesioner peran tenaga kesehatan oleh Jasmi. Analisis data terdiri dari analisis univariabel, bivariabel, dan multivariabel Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran tenaga kesehatan (customer, komunikator, motivator dan konselor) dengan kepatuhan ibu. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara peran tenaga kesehatan (customer, komunikator, motivator, dan konselor) terhadap kepatuhan ibu dalam melakukan perawatan antenatal.

Background: Since 1990 the maternal mortality rate declined by only 2.6 % per year while the MDG target of 5.5 % per year. The majority of pregnant women consult at least once during pregnancy , but only half of pregnant women who checked out at least four times during pregnancy . Monitoring and adequate health care during pregnancy to postpartum period is critical for the survival of mothers and their babies. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of health professional with mothers adherence in antenatal care, in the region of the Ampel I health center, Boyolali. Method: This study is an observational study with cross - sectional. This study was conducted in March 2015, in the district of Ampel, in the region of the Ampel I health center, Boyolali; by the number of samples approximately 65 patients. The sample was selected by simple random sampling technique . The instrument used in this study were Antenatal guidelines by the Ministry of Health, Health Worker Role questionnaire by Jasmi . Data analized consisted of analysis of univariable, bivariable, and multivariable. Result: The result of this study shows the significant relationship between the role of health professional ( customer , communicator , motivator and counselor ) with mothers adherence. Conclusion: There is the significant relationship between the role of health professional ( customer , communicator , motivator and counselor ) with mothers adherence in antenatal care.
