Kebutuhan investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

Penelitian ini berjudul kebutuhan investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kebutuhan investasi dalam mencapai terget pertumbuhan ekonomi selama tahun 2003 sampai tahun 2005. Data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk deret berkala (time series) dari tahun 1997 sampai 2001 yang terdiri dari : Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara, belanja pembangunan, Kredit Investasi, Data Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri dan Modal Asing (PMDN dan PMA). Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Proyeksi PDRB, Perhitungan ICOR dan Perhitungan Kebutuhan Investasi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. angka ICOR rata-rata Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara selama tahun 1997 sampai tahun 2001 adalah sebesar 8,60, yang berarti bahwa untuk dapat meningkatkan tambahan 1 unit output dibutuhkan tambahan 8,60 unit modal; 2. kebutuhan investasi pada tahun 2003 dengan target pertumbuhan ekonomi 5 persen adalah sebesar Rp797.502.550.635, target pertumbuhan ekonomi 6 persen, sebesar Rp966.117.375.626, target pertumbuhan 7 persen sebesar Rp1.137.770.305.573; 3. kebutuhan investasi pada tahun 2004 dengan target pertumbuhan ekonomi 5 persen adalah sebesar Rp837.377.678.165, target pertumbuhan 6 persen sebesar Rp1.024.084.418.160, target pertumbuhan 7 persen sebesar Rp1.217.414.226.964; 4. kebutuhan investasi pada tahun 2005 dengan target pertumbuhan ekonomi 5 persen adalah sebesar Rp879.246.562.081, target pertumbuhan 6 persen sebesar Rp1.085.529.483.255, dan target pertumbuhan 7 sebesar Rp.1302.633.222.849.

This research entitled requirement of economic growth and investment in South-East Sulawesi Province. The aim of this study was to find out the need of total real investment of South-east sulawesi Province from the year 2003 to 2005. The data used in this research was time series secondary data from the year of 1997 to 2001: Product Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) of South-east sulawesi Province, the expenditure of development, Investment credit, Data Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri dan Modal Asing (PMDN and PMA). The analysis method used ini this study was PDRB projection, the calculation of ICOR and the calculation of investment need. The results of this research showed that: 1. mean ICOR of South-east sulawesi Province within the period of 1997 to 2001 was of 8.60, meaning for the improvement of additional one output unit, it was needed an addition of 8.60 modal unit; 2. the investment need for the years of 2003 with the economic growth of object was of 5 percent, was of Rp797.502.550.635, the growth object of 6 percent, was of Rp966.117.375.626, the growth object of 7 percent, was of Rp1.137.770.305.573; 3. the investment need for the years of 2004, with the economic growth of object was of 5 percent, was of Rp837.377.678.165, the growth object of 6 percent, was of Rp1.024.084.418.160, the growth object of 7 percent, was of Rp1.217.414.226.964; 4. the investment need for the years of 2005, with the economic growth of object was of 5 percent, was of Rp879.246.562.081, the growth object of 6 percent, was of Rp1.085.529.483.255, the growth object of 7 percent, was of Rp1.302.633.222.849.
