ANALISIS DAYA SERAP INDUSTRI KECIL TERHADAP TENAGA KERJA DAN PEREKONOMIAN WILAYAH DI INDONESIA

Industri kecil mempunyai peran yang sangat vital dalam pembangunan ekonomi, karena intensitas tenaga kerja lebih tinggi dan investasi yang lebih kecil dibanding industri menengah dan besar, sehingga usaha industri kecil dapat lebih fleksibel dan beradaptasi terhadap perubahan pasar. Untuk membuktikan hal tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian dengan tujuan mengidentifikasi hubungan antara jumlah industri kecil dengan daya serap industri kecil terhadap tenaga kerja dan ekonomi wilayah di Indonesia. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan dalam penelitian ini yakni menggunakan teknik analisis daya serap serta laju daya serap industri kecil terhadap tenaga kerja dan perekonomian wilayah. Kemudian untuk mengetahui keberadaan hubungan tersebut dilakukan uji korelasi Pearson serta membuat tipologi wilayah untuk merumuskan strategi kebijakan, serta dilakukan uji regresi sederhana untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan daya serap industri kecil terhadap tenaga kerja dan perekonomian wilayah. Penelitian ini menggunakan unit analisis Provinsi, dan data yang digunakan digunakan ialah PDRB atas dasar harga berlaku seluruh sektor dan khusus industri kecil, jumlah industri kecil, jumlah tenaga kerja Indonesia, jumlah tenaga kerja industri kecil, penanaman modal asing, dan penanaman modal dalam negeri pada 33 Provinsi di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah penduduk usia produktif di Indonesia selalu meningkat dalam kurun waktu 2003-2013, sedangkan tingkat pengangguran terbuka di Indonesia tahun 2003-2013 mengalami penurunan dari 9,67% menjadi 6,255, dengan kenaikan industri sebesar 7,7%. rata-rata laju pertumbuhan daya serap industri kecil terhadap tenaga kerja ialah 0,53% dan laju pertumbuhan daya serap industri kecil terhadap perekonomian wilayah Indonesia mencapai 230,05%. Serta terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pertumbuhan jumlah industri kecil terhadap pertumbuhan daya serap industri kecil terhadap tenaga kerja dan perekonomian wilayah di Indonesia

Small industry has a very vital role in economic development, because small industry has the higher labor intensity and a smaller investment than medium and large industries, so that small industries can be more flexible and adapt to market changes. To prove this, the research conducted with the aim of identifying the relationship between the number of small industries with the absorption of small industries on employment and the economic regions in Indonesia. The analysis technique used to achieve the objectives of this research which uses analytical techniques as well as the absorption rate of absorption of small industries on employment and the economy of the region. Then to determine the existence of the relationship use Pearson correlation test and make typology region to formulate policy and strategies, as well as use simple regression test to determine the factors that affect the growth rate of absorption of small industries on employment and the economy of the region. This study uses provincial analysis unit, and the data used used is GDP at current prices throughout the sector and industry-specific small, the number of small industries, the number of Indonesian workers, the number of workers of small industries, foreign investment and domestic investment in 33 provinces in Indonesia. The results showed that the number of productive age population in Indonesia is increasing in the period 2003-2013, while the open unemployment rate in Indonesia in 2003-2013 decreased from 9.67% to 6.255, with an increase of 7.7% industry. the average absorption rate of growth of small industries on employment is 0.53% and the growth rate of absorption of small industry to the economy of Indonesia reached 230.05%. And there is a significant correlation between the growth in the number of small industries to the growth of small industries absorptive capacity of the workforce and the economy of the region in Indonesia
