Perkembangan teknologi otomotif saat ini sangatlah pesat, hal tentunya dibutuhkan dukungan dari mesin-mesin penghasil kendaraan yang mampu bekerja dengan baik, untuk mendukung hal tersebut, tentunya dibutuhkan instalasi listrik yang baik dan diperlukan perencanaan yang matang supaya sistem tersebut mampu bekerja dengan sangat efektif, efisien serta sistem tersebut mampu mengatasi gangguan yang terjadi dalam proses penyaluran pendistribusian tenaga listrik untuk mesin-mesin produksi tersebut. Dalam perencanaan sebuah area produksi yang baru, salah satu hal yang harus diperhatikan adalah perencanaan instalasi listriknya, dimana dalam hal ini diperlukan suatu perhitungan akan kebutuhan daya listrik, jenis kabel dan penghantar, dan pengaman pada sistem distribusi yang akan digunakan. Dimana nantinya kebutuhan energi listrik pada Sell 8 PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia tercukupi sampai dengan penambahan daya di masa datang tentunya tanpa mengabaikan Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) dan Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). Jika perencanaan sudah dilakukan dengan benar, maka akan menghasilkan instalasi listrik yang baik untuk area sell 8 tersebut. Dan akhirnya tidak akan sering terjadi gangguan yang mengakibatkan terganggunya proses produksi.

Where future electricity needs in Sell 8 PT. Akebono Brake Astra Indonesia fulfilled until the addition of power in the future of course, without prejudice to the Peraturan Umum Instalasi Listrik (PUIL) and the Standar Nasional Indonesia (SNI). If the planning has been done properly, it will produce a good electrical installation for the area sell 8. And ultimately will not frequent disturbances which resulted in disruption of the production process.
