Tindak pidana pencabulan anak dibawah umur di Kabupaten Bantul semakin meningkat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi karena pemicu besar terjadinya pencabulan adalah melalui alat komunikasi Handphone dan Internet yang sangat mendukung terjadinya pencabulan di kalangan masyarakat Bantul khususnya kalangan remaja dan anak ABG yang masih dibawah umur menurut hukum. Melalui alat komunikasi tersebut pelaku dengan mudah berkenalan dengan orang lain yang belum dikenal sebelumnya kemudian saling bertemu dan akhirnya terjadi tindak pidana pencabulan. Tujuan dilaksanakanya Praktek Kerja Lapangan di Kejaksaan Negeri Bantul adalah untuk mengamati perkara khususnya di Bantul yang sedang terjadi dan telah diselesaikan oleh Kejari Bantul sedangkan manfaat dari Praktek Kerja Lapangan ini bagi Penulis adalah menambah pengalaman dan mempersiapkan diri untuk terjun ke dunia kerja nantinya. Dari hasil pengamatan Penulis selama melaksanakan Praktek Kerja Lapangan di Kejaksaan Negeri Bantul akan ada uraian tentang peran Kejaksaan Negeri Bantul dalam penyelesaian perkara mulai dari tahap prapenuntutan hingga tahap pelaksaan putusan pengadilan

Under age child abuse crime in Bantul is increasing along with the development of technology as a major driver of the occurrence of abuse is through mobile phones and Internet communication tool that strongly supports the occurrence of abuse in the community of Bantul, especially among teenagers and children who are still under age according to law. Through these communication tools, the perpetrators can easily get acquainted with other people who have not known before then met and eventually the criminal act of abuse occurred. The field practice in Bantul State Attorney aims at examining the case, especially in Bantul that was going on and were completed by the State Attorney of Bantul. Meanwhile the benefits of the field practice are adding experience and preparing to plunge into the world of work later on for the writer. From the writer�s observations results during the field practice in Bantul State Attorney, there will be no description of the role of the State Attorney Bantul in settling disputes ranging from pre prosecution stage to the implementation stage of court rulings.
