METODE PELAKSANAAN PEMBUATAN DAN PEMASANGAN BEKISTING PADA PROYEK MARQUIS DE LAFAYETTE SEMARANG

Bekisting adalah suatu konstruksi pembantu yang bersifat sementara yang merupakan cetakan/mal, beserta pelengkapnya pada bagian samping dan bawah dari suatu konstruksi beton. Acuannya adalah suatu sarana pembantu struktur beton untuk pencetak beton sesuai dengan ukuran, bentuk, rupa ataupun posisi yang direncanakan. Pada konstruksi bekisting, harus memungkinkan untuk pemasangan tulangan (menahan beban tulangan), pengecoran sekaligus pemadatan adukan, dan pelepasan bekisting sehingga beton tidak rusak. Pada proyek Apartemen Condotel Marquis De Lafayette metode pelaksanaan dengan bekisting sistem prefabrikasi dengan adjustable. Dalam metode bekisting sistem prefabrikasi cukup produktif dibandingkan dengan sistem bekisting konvensional. Produktivitas pekerja untuk pekerjaan kolom 2,14 m²/org/jam, untuk pekerjaan shearwall 1,63 m²/org/jam, sedangkan untuk pekerjaan balok dan plat 15,74 m²/org/jam. Sedangkan sistem bekisting konvensional untuk pekerjaan kolom 0,85 m²/org/jam, pekerjaan shearwall 0,56 m²/org/jam, dan untuk pekerjaan balok dan plat 1,38 m²/org/jam. Dari data perusahaan, perhitungan biaya bekisting dengan sistem prefabrikasi untuk proyek Apartemen Condotel Marquis De Lafayette adalah Rp 3.772.000.000,00. Dan dibandingkan dengan sistem bekisting konvensional sebesar Rp 4.573.180.000,00. Sehingga lebih murah bekisting dengan sistem prefabrikasi, dengan selisih 17,52 persen.

Formwork is a temporary construction helpers which is a mold/mall, its complementary on the side and bottom of a concrete construction. Formwork is an helpers tool for concrete forming according to the size, shape, appearance or planned positions. The formwork construction must be able for the reinforcement installation (withstand reinforced loads), compacting at once casting a mortar, and formwork release so that concrete is not damaged. At Condotel Marquis De Lafayette Apartment projects, the implementation methods with prefabricated formwork system with adjustable. On the prefabricated formwork system method is quite productive than conventional formwork system. Workers productivity for coulomn work is 2.14 m² /man/ hour, to shearwall work is 1.63 m²/ man/ hour, then for beam and plate work is 15.74 m²/ man/ hour. As for conventional formwork systems for coulomn work is 0.85 m²/ man/ hour, shearwall work is 0.56 m²/ man/ hour, and for beam and plate work is 1.38 m²/ man/ hour. From the company data, cost calculation prefabricated formwork system for Apartment Condotel Marquis De Lafayette project is Rp 3,772,000,000.00. And compared to conventional formwork system is Rp 4,573,180,000.00. So the prefabricated formwork system is more cheaper, by a margin of 17.52 percent.
