IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR STRIP FAKTOR YANG MEPENGARUHI PEMBUATAN LAPORAN MENGGUNAKAN SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT (SIRS) REVISI VI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DAERAH WATES KABUPATEN KULON PROGO

Latar Belakang : Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates telah menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) revisi VI untuk melakukan kegiatan pelaporan. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 1171/MENKES/PER/VI/2011 bahwa setiap rumah sakit wajib melaksanakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) yang merupakan suatu proses pengumpulan, pengolahan, dan penyajian data rumah sakit. Pelaporan SIRS yang bersifat terbarukan setiap saat ditetapkan berdasarkan kebutuhan informasi untuk pengembangan program dan kebijakan dalam bidang perumahsakitanâ. Namun demikian dalam pelaksanaan pembuatan laporan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Revisi VI masih mengalami kendala dalam hal kelengkapan isi data laporan, sehingga hasil pengolahan laporan belum dikirimkan secara lengkap kepada Direktorat Jenderal Bina Upaya Kesehatan dan Dinas Kesehatan Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Tujuan : Mengidentifikasi faktor strip faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran pembuatan laporan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Revisi VI di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Untuk validasi data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teori. Hasil : Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa Pelaksanaan Pembuatan Laporan Menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Revisi VI di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates untuk tahapan input masih terkendala dalam kelengkapan pengisian register oleh administrator bangsal. Kemudian untuk proses dan output sudah tidak mengalami kendala. Sedangkan dalam proses pengiriman untuk RL 1, RL 2, RL 3, dan RL 5 sudah dapat diunggah secara langsung, namun untuk RL 4 masih terdapat kendala, yaitu laporan tidak dapat diunggah secara langsung ke dalam Program SIRS Revisi VI karena ada perbedaan format isian tabel yang tidak belum sesuai, sehingga harus pengiriman harus dikirim secara manual melalui e-mail. Faktor strip faktor yang mempengaruhi kelancaran pembuatan laporan menggunakan Sistem Informasi Rumah Sakit (SIRS) Revisi VI di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Wates diantaranya adalah sumber daya manusia, terkait beban kerja yang terlalu banyak dan adanya double job, kelengkapan pengisian data register yang ada dalam billing system oleh masing strip masing petugas administrator bangsal dan poliklinik, perbedaan format item data yang ada dalam SIMKES RSUD WATES dan Program SIRS Revisi VI, dan keikutsertaan dalam pelatihan mengenai pelaksanaan pembuatan laporan menggunakan SIRS Revisi VI yang tidak konsisten. Background : Wates General Hospital has been using the Hospital Information System 6th revision to conduct reporting activities. Based on the Regulation of the Health Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1171/MENKES/PER/VI/2011, that every hospital shall implement the Hospital Information System, which is a process of collecting, processing, and presentation of data hospitals. Reporting Hospital Information System which are renewable at any time determined by the information needs for the development of programs and policies in the field of hospitalization. However, in the implementation of report generation using the Hospital Information System 6th Revision still experiencing difficulties in terms of completeness of the data contents of the report, so that the processing of the full report has not been submitted to the Directorate General of Health Services and the Provincial Health Office Yogyakarta. Objective : To identify the factors that affect the smooth preparation of reports using the Hospital Information System 6th Revision in Wates General Hospital. Method : This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach to data collection using the study of documentation, interviews, and observations. To validate data using triangulation sources and triangulation theory. Results : Based on the survey results revealed that the implementation of Reporting Using the Hospital Information System 6th Revision in the Wates General Hospital for input stage is still constrained by the completeness of the register by the administrator ward. Then to process and output is not having problems. While in the process of delivery to RL 1, RL 2, RL 3, RL and 5 can already be uploaded directly, but to RL 4, there are still obstacles, namely the report can not be uploaded directly into the Hospital Information System Program 6th Revision because there are differences in format table entries which is not yet fit, so it must be manually shipment must be sent via e-mail. Factors - factors that affect the smooth preparation of reports using the Hospital Information System 6th Revision in the Wates General Hospital include human resources, related to the workload is too much and the double job, completeness of the data registers that exist in the billing system by each ward and clinic administrator officer, difference format data items that exist in SIMKES RSUD WATES and Hospital Information System Program 6th Revision, and participation in training on the implementation of report generation using Hospital Information System 6th Revision inconsistent.
