TEKANAN PENDUDUK MASYARAKAT SEKITAR HUTAN RAKYAT DAN TINGKAT KESEJAHTERAANNYA DI DESA SUMBERJO, KECAMATAN KADEMANGAN, KABUPATEN BLITAR

Tingkat kesejahteraan penduduk masyarakat sekitar hutan rakyat di Desa Sumberjo, Kecamatan Kademangan, Kabupaten Blitar diduga tidak layak, karena seiring dengan lajunya pertambahan penduduk tidak berbanding lurus dengan jumlah luasan lahan yang ada. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tekanan penduduk, luas lahan minimal untuk hidup layak dan tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Sumberjo saat ini. Perhitungan TP menggunakan formulasi dari Soemarwoto dan tingkat kesejahteraan menggunakan standar Sajogyo. Faktor-faktor yang dianalisis adalah : a. Data jumlah penduduk desa dari tahun 2009-2012, b. Luas desa, c. Keadaan sosial ekonomi penduduk, d. Mata Pencaharian penduduk, e. Pola penggunaan lahan di tiap dusun. Dari hasil penelitian dihasilkan informasi sebagai berikut : a. Nilai TP desa Sumberjo adalah 0,5 yang artinya nilai TP<1, daya dukung lahan di desa Sumberjo masih mampu mendukung aktivitas pertanian penduduk desa Sumberjo, b. Luas lahan untuk hidup layak desa Sumberjo adalah 0,25 hektar/kapita, dan c. Tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat desa Sumberjo berada pada tingkat kehidupan yang layak, karena pengeluaran per kapita diatas 320 kg beras per tahunnya

The level of welfare of the people who lived around forest communities in the Sumberjo village, Kademangan, District of Blitar allegedly not feasible because with the pace of population growth is not proportional to the number of existing land area. This study aims to determine the value of population pressure, minimum land area for a decent life and the welfare of rural communities today in Sumberjo. TP calculation using the formulation of Soemarwoto and welfare levels using the standard Sajogyo. The factors analyzed are : a. Data of villagers from the year 2009-2012, b. Spacious village, c. Socio-economic condition of the population, d. Livelihood population, e. Land use patterns in each village. Results from this research generated information as follows : a. Sumberjo village TP value is 0.5, which means the value of TP < 1, carrying capacity of the land in Sumberjo village still able to support the villagers' agricultural activities, b. The land area for a decent life Sumberjo village is 0.25 hectare / capita , and c. Level public welfare of Sumberjo village is at the level of a decent life, as expenditure per capita above the 320 kg of rice per year.
