Metode Kontruksi dan Erection Chimney Pada Instalasi Boiler Area Main Buliding

Proyek Pembangunan PLTU Talaud 2x3 MW ini merupakan salah satu upaya dari PT. PLN selaku Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bertanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan listrik Negara. Proyek ini merupakan salah satu proyek yang berada di daerah terluar Indonesia, sehingga keberhasilan dari pembangunan proyek ini akan berdampak langsung pihak – pihak yang terlibat. Pembangunan chimney pada Proyek PLTU Talaud ini meliputi 2 tahap pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Tahap pertama pekerjaan pondasi dan tahap kedua adalah erection bangunan chimney yang sudah di pabrikasi. Pekerjaan pondasi meliputi pemancangan tiang, pembesian, bekisting, pengecoran, dan perawatan beton, sedangkan pekerjaan erection dilakukan dari stack chimney section 1 sampai dengan stack chimney section 4 dengan menggunakan truck crane. Setiap pekerjaan kontruksi maupun erection dilakukan dengan perencanaan dan perhitungan yang matang sehingga tidak terjadi kecelakaan pekerjaan, selain itu pada saat pengawasan juga dilakukan dengan ketat.

The power plant project PLTU Talaud 2x3 MW is one effort of PT.PLN as state-owned enterprise responsible (BUMN) for the fulfillment of the country electricity needs. This project is one of the projects located in the outer area of Indonesia, so the successof this project will have a direct impact to the pasrties involved. Chimney construction on this Power Plants Talaud includes two stages of implementation of the work. The first phase of the foundation work and the second stage is the erection of the building chimney that has been in manufacturing. Foundation work includes pole erection, formwork, casting and maintenance of concrete, while the erection work is done frome chimney stack section 1 to chimney stack section 4 by using truck crane. Construction and Erection work is done with the planning and calculation so there is no work accident, and at the time of supervision is also performed stringent.
