Tugas Akhir (TGA) dan pelaksanaan praktek kerja lapangan (PKL) merupakan persyaratan kelulusan atau mendapatkan gelar Ahli Madya pada program Diploma 3 Teknik Geomatika, Sekolah Vokasi, Universitas Gadjah Mada. TGA menjabarkan tentang berbagai rangkaian PKL yang menghasilkan berbagai informasi geospatial. Data yang dihasilkan terbagi menjadi dua, data planimetris yang meliputi titik-titik detail bangunan, sungai, dan kenampakan alam lainnya. Sedangkan data titik berupa titik-titik tinggi yang disajikan dalam bentuk kontur dengan skala yang telah ditentukan. Kegiatan yang dilasanakan pada PKL antara lain : orientasi lapangan beserta pemasangan titik benchmark (BM), pembuatan kerangka control horisontal (KKH), pembuatan kerangka control vertikal (KKV), pengukuran detail planimetris, pengukuran detail tinggi, serta pembuatan dan penggambaran peta situasi dengan spesifikasi yang telah diatur oleh term of reference (TOR). Kegiatan PKL menghasilkan peta situasi dengan skala 1:500 yang terbagi menjadi 4 bagian sesuai penomoran peta dan mempunyai system proyeksi UTM (Universal Transverse Mercator). Peta situasi tersebut menghasilkan informasi spasial lokasi 9, yang berada di Dusun Banyuripan, RT01/RW02. Desa Banyuripan, Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa Tengah.

PKL activity produces a situation map with a scale of 1:500 which is divided into four sections according to the numbering system map and have a projection UTM(Universal Transverse Mercator). Map this situation generates spatial location information 9, which is in the hamlet of Banyuripan, Rt01/RW02. Banyuripan village, Bayat, Klaten regency, Central Java Province.
