Pada zaman yang semakin maju ini, tingkat kebutuhan pasar yang terus berubah dan tingkat ketelitian produk yang semakin tinggi akan sangat sulit dipenuhi dengan teknik design secara manual. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan alat bantu berupa software design yang dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pembuatan design. Creo parametric 2.0 merupakan salah satu software mechanical design yang dapat digunakan dalam pembuatan design. Creo parametric 2.0 memiliki fitur yang dapat digunakan untuk mempercepat pembuatan design, fitur tersebut adalah freestyle. Di dalam fitur freestyle terdapat tools yang kegunaannya sangat membantu dalam pengoperasian fitur tersebut. Fitur freestyle merupakan salah satu fitur yang dapat dijadikan alternatif dalam pembuatan design. Hal tersebut dikarenakan fitur ini memiliki keunggulan yaitu mudah dioperasikan jika kita paham kegunaan masing-masing tools dalam fitur ini dan mempercepat dalam pembuatan design.

Therefore, it takes the form of software design tools that can simplify and accelerate the creation of design. Creo parametric 2.0 is one of the mechanical design software that can be used in the manufacture of design. Creo parametric 2.0 has a feature that can be used to accelerate the creation of design, that feature is freestyle. In the freestyle features there are tools whose use greatly assist in the operation of these features. Freestyle features is one of the features that can be used as an alternative in the manufacture of design. Because this feature has the advantage that is easy to operate if we understand the usefulness of each of these features and tools to accelerate the design manufacture.
