Tugas akhir ini merupakan hasil dari pengukuran yang mencakup pemetaan dan penentuan posisi untuk menghasilkan unsur geografis dan unsur spasial dari permukaan bumi. Dalam pengukuran ini, penulis menggunakan metode penentuan kerangka kontrol peta, yakni pengukuran kerangka kontrol horizontal, pengukuran kerangka kontrol vertikal, pengukuran detil planimetris dan titik tinggi, penggambaran peta digital serta pengujian kebenaran peta. Hasil akhir yang didapatkan adalah peta situasi pada lokasi 8 Dusun Purwosari, Desa Beluk dan Dusun Banaran, Desa Banyuripan, Kecamatan Bayat, Kabupaten Klaten, Provinsi Jawa tengah tergambar dengan skala 1:500 dalam sistem proyeksi Universal Tranverse Mercator (UTM) dan datum proyeksi World Geodetic System 1984 (WGS 84).

This final report is the result of a measurement that includes mapping and positioning to generate geographical element and spatial element of the earth surface. In this measurement, the author used the method of determination of the control framework for mapping, i.e. the measurement of horizontal control framework, measurement of vertical control framework, measurement detail planimetric and spot height, depiction of digital map, and testing the map in the survey area. The result is a map of the situation at the zone 8 purwosari hamlet beluk village and banaran hamlet banyuripan village sub-district of bayat klaten regency in central java province drew with scale of 1:500 in UTM projection system and datum world geodetic system 1984 (WGS 84).
