Sistem Pemberian Kredit merupakan jaringan-jaringan prosedur yang berhubungan antara satu dengan yang lainnya yang membentuk serangkaian pola terpadu dan bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dalam proses pemberian kredit bagi para nasabah. Tujuan dari penulisan Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit yang ada di KSU Jatirogo. Selain itu, untuk mengetahui kelebihan dan kelemahan dari sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit pada KSU Jatirogo. Penulis Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan mengintrepetasikan keadaan serta kondisi terperinci dari suatu objek sesuai fakta dan apa adanya. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh secara langsung dari KSU Jatirogo di Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Kesimpulan dari penulisan ini adalah bahwa Sistem Pemberian Kredit pada KSU Jatirogo sudah melibatkan tiga fungsi utama yaitu fungsi pelayanan, penyimpanan dan akuntansi. Bagian yang terkait dalam proses pemberian kredit adalah bagian Pengurus/ Manager dan Kasir. Masing-masing bagian sudah memiliki pembagian tugas yang jelas walaupun kasir masih memiliki fungsi ganda. Prosedur pemberian kredit pada KSU Jatirogo telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dan mendapat otorisasi dari pihak yang berkaitan dalam proses kredit. Sistem pengendalian intern pada sistem akuntansi pemberian kredit pada KSU Jatirogo telah berjalan walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kelemahan yaitu dokumen-dokumen yang digunakan sebagai syarat kredit seperti Surat Permohonan Pinjaman dan Surat Perjanjian Kredit tidak dibuat rangkap.

Lending System is a network of procedures interconnected with each other forming series of integrated patterns which aims to facilitate customers to have loan. The purpose of writing this final project is to evaluate the system and the procedures of granting credit in KSU Jatirogo. Furthermore, it also aims to know the strengths and weaknesses of the lending system and the procedures in KSU Jatirogo. The author writes this final paper using descriptive research method that aims to describe and interpret detailed circumstances and condition based on facts. The types of data used are primary and secondary data obtained directly from KSU Jatirogo in Kulon Progo. The conclusion of this final project is that the lending system in KSU Jatirogo has involved three main functions which are the function of service, storage and accounting. The sections that are related to the credit granting process are Chairman/ the Manager and the Cashier sections. Each of these sections has a clear job division. Although there is still a double function exists; the service function, storage and accounting are handled by one person that is the Cashier. The lending procedures in KSU Jatirogo have been executed well and gotten the authorization from the party involved in the credit process. Internal control system on the accounting system of lending in KSU Jatirogo has run well. However, there are still weaknesses exist, for instance, there are no copies of documents used for credit terms such as the Application for Loan and the Letter of Credit Agreement.
