MONITORING KUALITAS SUSU YANG BEREDAR DI KOTA YOGYAKARTAPERIODE JANUARI SAMPAI APRIL 2015

2015 | Tugas Akhir | D3 KESEHATAN HEWAN SVSalah satu tugas Dinas Perindustrian, Perdagangan, Koperasi dan Pertanian Kota Yogyakarta adalah mengawasi kualitas dan peredaran bahan pangan asal hewan. Dalam Praktek Kerja Lapangan PKL Mahasiswa Diploma 3 Kesehatan Hewan Sekolah Vokasi di DISPERINDAGKOPTAN ikut mengawasi kualitas susu yang beredar di Kota Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel susu segar yang dilakukan secara langsung di tempat-tempat penjualan susu segar segera diperiksa keadaan dan susunannya di Laboratorium Kesehatan Masyarakat Veteriner KESMAVET. Pengujian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui keadaan susu yaitu uji kebersihan, uji organoleptik, uji derajat asam, uji alkohol serta mengetahui susunan susu diantaranya yaitu pengukuran berat jenis dan perhitungan kadar lemak susu. Hasil monitoring selama 4 bulan memperlihatkan susu yang beredar di Kota Yogyakarta berkualitas baik dan layak untuk dikonsumsi.

In the Job Training PKL 3 Diploma Student Animal Health Vocational School in DISPERINDAGKOPTAN participate in supervising the quality of milk that circulated in the city of Yogyakarta. Fresh milk sampling carried out directly at the point of sale of fresh milk immediately checked the state and structure of Veterinary Public Health Laboratory Veterinary Public Health. Tests were conducted to determine the circumstances that test milk hygiene, organoleptic test, test the degree of acid, alcohol test and determine the composition of milk among which the density measurement and the calculation of fat content of milk. Results of monitoring for 4 months showed milk circulating in the city of Yogyakarta good quality and suitable for consumption.
