Penyakit Gumboro merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh Birnavirus. Tujuan penulisan tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui histopatologi penyakit Gumboro di Balai Besar Veteriner Wates Yogyakarta selama tahun 2012.Berdasarkan data tahun 2012 yang di peroleh dari Laboratorium Patologi Balai Besar Veteriner Wates Yogyakarta, secara makroskopis tampak adanya udema, berisi eksudat, dan perdarahan pada bursa fabrisius. Proventrikulus terjadi pendarahan pada mukosa, ginjal terlihat pucat dan bengkak.Secara histopatologi tampak bursitis akut difus nekrosis, dan deplesi folikel limfosit organ lain tidak ada perubahan.

Gumboro disease is a disease caused by Birnavirus. The purpose of this thesis was to determine histopathological Gumboro disease in the Center for Veterinary Wates 2012.Berdasarkan Yogyakarta during the year of 2012 the data obtained from the Laboratory of Pathology, Center for Veterinary Wates Yogyakarta, macroscopically visible presence of edema, containing exudate and bleeding on the stock fabrisius , Proventrikulus mucosal bleeding, renal histopathology udema. In look pale and looked bursitis acute diffuse necrosis, and other organs lymphocyte depletion follicles no change.
