DATA PENYAKIT SALMONELLOSIS TAHUN 2012-2014 DI BALAI BESAR VETERINER WATES (BBVET) YOGYAKARTA

INTISARI Salmonellosis adalah penyakit infeksi pada manusia dan hewan yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella sp. yang menyerang saluran gastrointestinal. Bakteri ini merupakan penyebab masalah penting dalam bidang kesehatan masyarakat sehingga perlu mendapat perhatian sejak di tingkat peternakan, tingkat penjualan (pasar), serta sampai makanan siap saji. Pengambilan dan pengumpulan data dilakukan di Balai Besar Veteriner (BBVet) Wates Yogyakarta dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9-13 Maret 2015 di Laboratorium Epidemiologi dan Laboratorium Bakteriologi, dengan tujuan mengetahui data kejadian penyakit yang disebabkan oleh bakteri Salmonella sp. sebagai penyebab penyakit salmonellosis dari tahun 2012 sampai tahun 2014. Data kasus salmonellosis tahun 2012 sebesar 5,97%, tahun 2013 sebesar 22,33%, dan 2014 sebesar 8,82%. Dari data pengamatan secara keseluruhan diamati bahwa ayam yang paling banyak terserang bakteri Salmonella sp. dan wilayah yang paling rentan terserang salmonellosis adalah Lampung dengan presentase kejadian 75,00%.

ABSTRACT Salmonellosis is a infection disease of which infect humans as well as animals, in infection by bacteria Salmonella sp. that attacks the gastrointestinal. This bacteria often cause many problem in the field of public health that need to get noticed since at the level of the farm, the level of sales (market), as well as to fast food. Retrieval and data collection is done at the Center for Veterinary (BBVet) Yogyakarta Wates held on 9-13 March 2015 in the Laboratory of Epidemiology and Bacteriology Laboratory, in purpose to know the data the incidence of diseases caused by the bacterium Salmonella sp. as the cause of disease salmonellosis from the year 2012 until the year 2014. Data cases 2012 amounting to 5,97%, 2013 of 22,33% and 2014 of 8,82%. From observational data overall observed that most chickens infected with Salmonella sp. bacteria and most regions most susceptible to Salmonellosis are Lampung with a percentage incidence of 75,00% .
