Pengaruh Insider Ownership, Kebijakan Hutang dan Dividen terhadap Nilai Perusahaan : Analisis Persamaan Simultan

Penelitian Ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara parsial pengaruh hutang, dividend payout ratio dan insider ownership terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menguji hubungan simultan antara hutang, dividend payout ratio dan insider ownership untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan substitusi antara ketiga variabel tersebut.

The objective of this research is to analize the influence of debt, dividend payout ratio and insider ownership on firm value partially. This research also analize the simultaneous influence of debt, dividend payout ratio and insider ownership to know whether there is influence or not between these variables.
