Kebutuhan investasi dan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Sleman

Salah-satu faktor dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu daerah adalah, tersedianya investasi yang dibutuhkan, baik bersumber dari pemerintah maupun swasta. Di dalam penelitian ini yang berjudul "Kebutuhan lnvestasi dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Kabupaten Pasaman" bertujuan untuk melakukan perhitungan pertumbuhan ekonomi, lCOR total dan investasi total yang digunakan selama periode 1992 sampai dengan 2001 atas dasar harga konstan tahun 1993 serta memproyeksikan kebutuhan investasi yang diperlukan untuk mencapai pertumbuhan ekonomi dari tahun 2003 sampai dengan tahun 2007. Adapun alat analisis yang digunakan adalah pendekatan lCOR dan beberapa indikator ekonomi lainnya. Berdasarkan perhitungan, hasil yang diperoleh sebagai-berikut: (1 ) pertumbuhan ekonorni Kabupaten Pasaman dalam kurun waktu 1992 - 2001 secara rata-rata adalah 4,40 persen, (2) angka ICOR total Kabupaten pasaman pada kurun waktu tersebut adalah sebesar 5,69, (3) Perkiraan PDRB untuk tahun 2003 adalah sebesar Rp.613.083,780 juta, untuk tahun 2004 sebesar Rp.631.473,968 juta, untuk tahun 2005 sebesar Rp.649.858~56 juta dan untuk tahun 2006 sebesar Rp.668.245,344 juta serta untuk tahun 2007 sebesar Rp.686.632,532 juta. (4) Kebutuhan investasi secar total dengan asumsi besaran lCOR tetap adalah: untuk tahun 2003 sebesar Rp. 14,889 triliun, tahun 2004 sebesar Rp. 15,349 triliun, tahun 2005 sebesar Rp. 15,810 triliun, tahun 2006 sebesar Rp.16,270 triliun dan tahun 2007 sebesar Rp. 16,730 triliun. Kebutuhan investasi dengan besaran COR berubah (trend ICOR) adalah: untuk tahun 2003 sebesar Rp.53,981 triliun, tahun 2004 sebesar Rp.62,367 triliun, tahun 2005 sebesar Rp.71,156 triliun, tahun 2006 sebesar Rp.81,778 triliun dan tahun 2007 sebesar Rp.89,943 triliun.

One of the fectors in accelerating the economic growth of a region is the availability of the required investment both by private an public parties. The objective of the study entitled " The Need for the Investments and the Economic Growth of Pasaman Region ", is to compute the economic growth, the total ICOR and the total investing during periods of 1992-2001 based on the constan price of 1993 and the need for total investlnents to accelerate the economic growth on the periods of 2003-2007. The analysis models used is that using ICOR approach and economic indicator else. Based on the existing data, the following analysis results are obtained : (1) The economic growth of Pasaman region during periods 2003 - 2007 is 4,40 percents on average, (2) the total ICOR of Pasaman region in that periods is 5,69 (3) the estimate of the PDRB in 2003 was Rp.613.083,780 millions, 2004 is about Rp.631.473,968 millions, 2005 is about Rp.649.858,156 millions, 2006 is about Rp.668.245,344 millions and 2007 is about Rp.686.632,532 millions, (4) the need for the total investment with asumption fixed ICOR in 2003 was Rp. 14,889 trillions, 2004 is about Rp. 15,349 trillions, 2005 is about Rp. 15,810, trillions, 2006 is about Rp. 16,270 trillions and 2007 is about Rp. 16,730 trillions. The need for the total investment with asumption changing ICOR ( ICOR trend) in 2003 was Rp.53,981 trillions, 2004 is about Rp.62,367 trillions, 2005 is about Rp.71 , 156. trillions, 2006 is about Rp.81,778 trillions and 2007 is about Rp.89,943 trillions
