Pengembangan Manajemen Teknologi di Pabrik Minyak Sawit Pelaihari PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIII Berbasis 4 Komponen Teknologi

Pabrik Minyak Sawit Pelaihari merupakan unit kerja PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XIII (PTPN XIII) yang beroperasi tahun 2011. Potensi yang besar dan peluang industri crude palm oil (CPO) yang terbuka membuat perlunya adanya kajian berkaitan dengan interaksi dinamis yang melibatkan komponen fasilitas produksi (technoware), sumber daya manusia (humanware), sistem informasi (infoware), dan pengorganisasian (orgaware). Penilaian implementasi manajemen teknologi dilakukan untuk mengetahui posisi dan utilisasi teknologi pada perusahaan dengan sudut pandang teknologi akan berguna bagi PMS. Penilaian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan peta implementasi manajemen teknologi, mendapatkan posisi/tingkat performa teknologi yang telah diterapkan (existing level), dan selanjutnya dapat digunakan untuk mendapatkan alternatif pengembangan. Penilaian teknologi menggunakan metode teknometrik dan penetapan alternatif pengembangan melalui SWOT. Penilaian teknologi diawali dengan pengembangan model penilaian derajat kecanggihan (DK) dan state of the art (SoTA) melalui studi pustaka dan diverifikasi oleh pakar. Selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian berkaitan dengan DK, SoTA, nilai kontribusi komponen, intensitas kontribusi, dan penghitungan Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC). Nilai ini menjadi dasar dalam penetapan alternatif pengembangan melalui analisis SWOT. Berdasarkan penelitian ini didapatkan nilai intensitas teknologi yang di peroleh berturut-turut dari yang tertinggi technoware 0,604, orgaware 0,531, infoware 0,465, dan humanware 0,463. Adapun nilai TCC adalah 0,514. Nilai TCC tersebut memberikan gambaran bahwa PMS Pelaihari berada pada klasifikasi baik dengan tingkat teknologi yang semi modern. Alternatif pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan adalah pemberdayaan karyawan (employee empowerment)dan perancangan sistem pengawasan berbasis komponen technoware, humanware, infoware, dan orgaware. Penelitian ini dapat menjadi dasar untuk menjadikan PMS Pelaihari sebagai role model unit PMS di bawah PTPN XIII.

The assessment of the implementation of technology management held to find out the position and the utilization of technology to companies with the perspective of technology would be useful for PMS. This assessment is intended to get the implementation map of the management of technology, get the position and the level of performance technology that has been applied , and then can be used to get an alternative development. Assessment technology uses the technometric method and determination of alternative development uses SWOT analisys. Technology assessment was preceded by the development of assessment model sophistication degrees and state of the art (SoTA) through the literature study and verified by experts. Assessment next done relating to sophistication degrees, SoTA, components value contribution, the intensity of the contribution , and counting technology contribution coefficient (TCC). This value becomes the basis for the determination of alternative development through an analysis of SWOT. The results showed the value of the intensity of technologies that technoware 0,604, orgaware 0,531, infoware 0,465, and humanware 0,463. As for the value of TCC (Technology Contribution Coefficient ) is 0,514. The value of the TCC provide an illustration of that PMS Pelaihari is at Good classifications with a level of technology that semi modern. Alternative the development of which we can do is an employee empowerment and drafting a monitoring system based components of technoware, humanware, infoware, and orgaware.This results could be a foundation to make PMS Pelaihari as a role model unit of PMS under PTPN XIII.
