KESUKSESAN WEBSITE JOGJA LIBRARY FOR ALL (JLA)

Teknologi dalam dunia informasi berubah dengan pesat.Yogyakarta sebagai pusat pendidikan harus memanfaatkan teknologi informasi melalui jaringan komunikasi, sistem informasi, situs web, dan sumber lain, dalam upaya restrukturisasi model pembelajaran serta peningkatan kualitas pendidikan.Maka dibentuklah Jogja Library for All (JLA) untuk mengembangkan jaringan kerjasama antar perpustakaan di daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Permasalahan yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu seberapa sukseskah penerapan website Jogja Library for All (JLA) bagi mahasiswa di Yogyakarta dan mengapa demikian. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teori kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan memberikan kuesioner dengan jumlah responden 165 mahasiswa. Analisi data dengan menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat bantu SmartPLS. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang dilakukan, dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kesuksesan website Jogja Library for All (JLA) dipengaruhi oleh quality information, user satisfaction dan interoperability. Sedangkan hambatan kesuksesan website Jogja Library for All (JLA) yaitu service quality belum seluruhnya dirasakan oleh mahasiswa. Website Jogja Library for All(JLA) akan sukses jika mahasiswa yang menggunakan mempunyai kesadaran untuk menjadi anggota website tersebut, sehingga manfaatnya lebih dirasakan.

Information technology grows so fast. As an educational center, Yogyakarta must use information technology through communication networks, information systems, web sites, and other sources to restructure the learning model and improve the education quality. So it is necessary to develope Jogja Library for All (JLA) for network cooperation media among libraries in Yogyakarta. Issues raised in this research is how successful the implementation of Jogja Library for All (JLA) website for students in Yogyakarta and why such. The theory used in this research is the theory of success DeLone and McLean information systems that have been modified by the researcher. The research method used in this research is quantitative research with 165 as respondents of the questionaire. The researcher also usedSmartPLS program to test the validity, reability and the hypothesis. Based on the analysis result, it can be concluded that the success of Jogja Library for All (JLA) website is influenced by information quality, user satisfaction and interoperability. While the barrier of success is the service quality of Jogja Library for All (JLA) website which is not entirely perceived by the students. Jogja Library for All (JLA) website will experience success if user have awareness to be member of Jogja Library for All(JLA) website, so that the benefit are sense.
