KORELASI PENYEMPITAN DISCUS INTERVERTEBRALIS PADA FOTO POLOS LUMBOSACRAL PROYEKSI LATERAL DENGAN DIAGNOSIS HERNIA NUCLEUS PULPOSUS PADA MRI PROYEKSI SAGITAL

Latar Belakang : Salah satu penyebab terjadinya nyeri punggung bagian bawah adalah akibat proses degenerasi salah satunya adalah penyempitan discus intervertebralis (DIV). Degenerasi discus merupakan awal proses terjadinya herniasi discus. Penelitian ini bertujuan : Mengetahui hubungan penyempitan Discus Intervertebrlis pada Foto polos Lumbosacral proyeksi lateral dengan diagnosis Hernia Nucleus Pulposus pada MRI proyeksi sagital Metode Penelitian ini retrospektif analitik korelatif, dimana peneliti akan menilai korelasi penyempitan Discus Intervertebrlis pada Foto polos Lumbosacral proyeksi lateral dengan diagnosis Hernia Nucleus Pulposus pada MRI proyeksi sagital. Data dianalisis dengan uji hipotesis korelasi katagorik nominal Chi square untuk mengetahui korelasi Penyempitan Discus Intervertebrlis pada Foto polos Lumbosacral proyeksi lateral dengan diagnosis Hernia Nucleus Pulposus pada MRI proyeksi sagital. Pada penelitian ini populasi targetnya adalah semua pasien LBP di RS. Bethesda Yogyakarta dilakukan pemeriksaan foto polos lumbosacral dan MRI . Sedangkan populasi terjangkau pada penelitian ini adalah semua pasien LBP di RS. Bethesda Yogyakarta dilakukan pemeriksaan foto polos lumbosacral dan MRI pada bulan Januari 2011 sampai Desember 2013. Hasil penelitian : Sampel penelitian sebanyak 35 sampel, yang mengalami penyempitan DIV (L4-5) dan HNP (L4-5) 16 sampel , penyempitan DIV (L4-5)tetapi tidak HNP (L4-5) 0 sampel, Tidak ada penyempitan DIV(L4-5) tetapi HNP (L4-5) 18 sampel, Tidak ada penyempitan DIV (L4-5) dan tidak HNP (L4-5) 1 sampel. Kemudian yang mengalami penyempitan DIV (L5-S1) dan HNP (L5-S1)22 sampel , penyempitan DIV (L5-S1) tetapi tidak HNP (L5-S1) 5 sampel, Tidak ada penyempitan DIV (L5-S1) tetapi HNP (L4-5) 5 sampel, Tidak ada penyempitan DIV (L5-S1) dan tidak HNP (L5-S1) 3 sampel. Simpulan : Tidak terdapat korelasi yang bermakna antara Penyempitan DIV lumbosacral (L4-5) dan (L5-S1) dengan diagnosis HNP pada (L4-5) dan (L5S1).

Background: One of the causes of lower back pain is caused by the degeneration of one of which is a narrowing of the intervertebral disc (DIV). Disc degeneration is an early process of disc herniation. Objective: Knowing the relationship narrowing Discus Intervertebrlis on Plain lumbosacral lateral projection with a diagnosis of hernia nucleus pulposus on MRI sagittal projection Materials and Methods: This study was a retrospective analytical correlative, where researchers will assess the correlation narrowing Discus Intervertebrlis on Plain lumbosacral lateral projection with a diagnosis of hernia nucleus pulposus on MRI sagittal projection. The data were analyzed to test the hypothesis katagorik nominal Chi-square correlation to determine the correlation Refinement Discus Intervertebrlis on Plain lumbosacral lateral projection with a diagnosis of hernia nucleus pulposus on MRI sagittal projection. In this study, the target population is all LBP patients in the hospital. Bethesda Yogyakarta plain lumbosacral examination and MRI. While the population in this study is an affordable all LBP patients in the hospital. Bethesda Yogyakarta plain lumbosacral examination and MRI in January 2011 to December 2013. Results: Sample are 35 samples, which narrowed DIV (L4-5)and HNP (L45)16 samples, narrowing DIV (L4-5)but not HNP (L4-5)0 samples, No constriction DIV (L4- 5)but the HNP (L4-5)18 samples, no narrowing of the DIV (L4-5)and HNP (L4-5)1 sample. Then the narrowed DIV (L5-S1)and HNP (L5-S1)22 samples, narrowing DIV (L5-S1)but not HNP (L5-S1)5 samples, No constriction DIV (L5-S1) but HNP (L4-5)5 samples, no narrowing of the DIV (L5-S1)and HNP (L5-S1)3 samples. Conclusion: There is no correlation between Narrowing DIV lumbosacral (L4-5)and (L5-S1)with a diagnosis of HNP on (L4-5)and (L5-S1).
