Sistem Informasi Verifikasi Toko dan Penjual Online Berbasis Web

Meskipun belanja online mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat beberapa tahun terakhir, persentase pengguna internet yang pernah belanja online masih rendah. Randahnya persentase tersebut karena banyaknya berita kasus penipuan transaksi online. Umumnya penipuan terjadi karena tidak semua pengguna internet mampu menilai suatu toko merupakan asli atau fiktif. Para blogger sudah berupaya memberikan informasi daftar toko asli dan fiktif. Untuk beberapa kondisi toko memang bisa diketahui keasliannya berdasarkan informasi onlinenya. Namun mayoritas toko online masih sulit diketahui keasliannya hanya berdasarkan data online. Para blogger mengatasi hal tersebut dengan cara meminta pemilik toko mengirimkan scan Kartu Tanda Penduduk(KTP) sebagai jaminan. Hal ini dapat membuka celah kejahatan baru berupa penggunaan KTP hasil kejahatan atau palsu. Berdasarkan masalah diatas, maka dibangunlah sebuah Sistem Informasi Verifikasi Toko dan Penjual Online. Diharapkan sistem ini mampu menangani proses verifikasi toko berdasarkan data online ataupun survei lapangan. Kemudian pengguna internet dapat melihat daftar toko online asli berdasarkan survei lapangan ataupun hanya data online, serta daftar toko fiktif. Sistem Informasi Verifikasi Toko dan Penjual Online dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan DBMS MySQL. Sistem ini mampu menangani proses verifikasi toko, proses pencatatan kasus penipuan suatu toko, proses manajemen data pemilik toko, proses manajemen data toko, proses menampilkan laporan dan proses menampilkan daftar toko terverifikasi.

Although online shopping has grown rapidly in past few years, percentage of internet users who ever online shopping is still low. Low percentage is due to many news about online shopping fraud. These cases occur because not all Internet users can distinguish between genuine and fictitious online store. The bloggers have tried to provide information about list of genuine and fictitious store. At some conditions it can be known stores genuineness based on their online information. But the majority of online store is still difficult to know the genuineness by online data. The bloggers overcome this by asking shop owner send scanned identity card (KTP). This could be a new crime mode of using a fake identity card or the proceeds of crime. Web Based Information System for Verification of Online Store and Seller is developed to solve the problems. This information system is expected to be able to handle the process of verifying based on online data or field survey. Then Internet users can view a list of online stores based on field surveys or only online data, as well as a list of fictitious store. Web Based Information System for Verification of Online Store and Online Seller have been developed using framework Laravel and MySQL DBMS. This system has certain features such as process of verifying the store, process of recording cases of fraud a store, shop owner management, store data management, displaying report and displaying a list of stores verified.
