TINJAUAN ATAS EFEKTIVITAS DAN KONTRIBUSI PAJAK PARKIR DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH PADA DINAS PAJAK DAERAH DAN PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN KOTA YOGYAKARTA

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pajak Daerah dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Untuk mengetahui keefektifan penerimaan pajak parkir di Dinas Pajak Daerah dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Kota Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2014. 2) Untuk mengetahui apakah pajak parkir berkontribusi terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di kota Yogyakarta tahun 2010-2014. 3) Untuk mengetahui hambatan dalam penerimaan pajak parkir dan upaya dalam menyelesaikannya. Metode penelitian yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah dekriptif kualititatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, wawancara, kajian dokumen, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa tingkat efektivitas penerimaan pajak parkir sudah sangat baik walaupun setiap tahunnya terjadi fluktuasi pada presentase tingkat efektivitas dan Kontribusi penerimaan pajak parkir terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah masih sangat kurang karena hasil perhitungan kontribusi pajak parkir dibawah 10%.

This research was conducted at the Department of Local Taxes and Financial Management of Yogyakarta City. This study aims to: 1) To determine the effectiveness of the parking tax revenue in the Department of Regional Tax and Financial Management Yogyakarta City 2010-2014. 2) To determine whether the parking tax is contribute to local revenue in Yogyakarta city in 2010-2014. 3) To know the obstacles in the parking tax revenues and efforts to solve them. The method of this research is qualititative descriptive. The techniques of data collection are literature review, interview, interview, and observation. The results shows that the level of effectiveness of the parking tax revenue has been very good despite the annual fluctuations in the percentage level of effectiveness and parking tax revenue contribution to regional revenue still very poor due to the results of the calculation of the contribution of the parking tax below 10%.
