Peranan industri pariwisata terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Donggala

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis peranan industri pariwisata dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja di Kabupaten Donggala. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder selama periode 1996 sampai dengan tahun 2000 yang didapatkan dari Dinas Kebudayaan dan Pariwisata Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan Kabupaten Donggala, Bappeda Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah dan Kabupaten Donggala dan Badan Pusat Statistik Sulawesi Jengah dan Kabupaten Donggala. Data ini kemudian dianalisis untu k mengetahui perubahan penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri pariwisata. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Shift Share Klasik, Shie Share modifikasi Esteban Marquillas dan Shift Share modifikasi Arcslus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekma periode penelitian, perkembangan jumlah tenaga kerja nyata yang terserap dalam industri pariwisata rata-rata 12,5 %. Hasil perhitungan Shift Share Klasik dan Esteban Marquillas serta Arcelus menunjukkan jumlah tenaga kerja . sebesar 126 orang. Hasil perubahan komponen pertumbuhan regional dan bauran industri pada perhitungan Shift Share Klasik, Esteban Marquillas dan Arcelus adalah sama, masing-masing sebesar 50 m g dan 13 orang sedangkan untuk keunggulan kompetitifnya berbeda, di mana untuk Klasik sebesar 63 orang, untuk modifikasi Esteban Marquillas sebesar 63 orang namun tidak memiliki efek spesialisasi atau alokasi dan untuk modifikasi Amelus memiliki pengaruh pertumbuhan intern wilayah sebesar 76 orang namun memiliki pengaruh bauran industri wilayah daerah yang lamban.

These researches have as a purpose to know and analyze the role of tourism industry in the spare of labor force the regency of Donggala. Data that have been used is secondary data period 1996 up to 2000 that was be obtained from cultural and tourism agency the province of central Sulawesi and the regency of Donggala, Bappeda of the province of Central Sulawesi and the regency of Donggala and Badan Pusat Statistik of the province of Central Sulawesi and the regency of Donggala. Afterwards this data have been analyzed to know the shift absorption of labor force at tourism industry. The tool of analyst that has been used is shift share classic, the modification of shift share Esteban Marquillas and shift share gf the modification Arcelus. The result of research was show that as long as period the research of development of number the labor force evident which bbe reserved in the tourism industry of average of 12,5 %. The result of the calculation of shift share classic and Esteban Maquillas and Arcelus was point out the number of labor force in the amount of 126 persons. The result of the alteration of the element development of regional and industry mixed of the alteration of shift share of the classic, Esteban Marquillas and Arcelus is the same which each runs at 50 persons and 13 persons whereas to the superiority of its competitive was be different, where to the classic in the amount of 63 persons, to the modification of Esteban Marquillas is in the amount of 63 persons however have no the effect of specialization or the allocation and to the modification of Arcelus possesses the influence of development the area intern of running at 76 persons, however that owns the influence of industry mixed area which sluggish. x1
