ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR PENENTU INVESTASI MODAL PERUSAHAAN-PERUSAHAAN TELEKOMUNIKASI DI INDONESIA PERIODE 2004-2012

Salah satu industry di Indonesia yang memiliki pertumbuhan paling baik adalah industry telekomunikasi dimana pada tahun 2004 memiliki kontribusi 2.3% pada PDB non Migas menjadi 6.4% pada tahun 2011. Namun, industry mengalami penurunan produktivitas aset tetap (fixed asset turnover) dalam menghasilkan keuntungan operasi yang dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan industri ini di masa mendatang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang digunakan oleh manajer perusahaan dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi modal perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel dengan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan berupa laporan keuangan audited periode 2004 - 2011 pada 5 perusahaan telekomunikasi di Indonesia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yaitu PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, PT XL Axiata Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, dan PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Penelitian dianalisis dengan metode regresi berganda menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan investasi modal pada industri telekomunikasi di Indonesia dengan tingkat keyakinan 5% adalah kinerja operasi (CFO) dimana model yang dihasilkan dapat menjelaskan keputusan investasi sebesar 90.8%.

Telecommunication industry is one of the industry that has the most excellent growth in Indonesia, which in 2005 have contributed 2.3% for non-oil GNP became 6.4% in 2011. After all, the productivity of fixed asset turnover has been decreased in the context of gaining operational income that could affect the growth in this industry in the future. The purpose of the research is to analyze the factors that being used by the top management in the content to make a decision making for investing the capital for telecommunication's Industry in Indonesia. This research uses sampling data with purposive sampling technic that is an audited financial statement between 2004-2011 for 5 telecommunication's company which have been listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia i.e: PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk, PT XL Axiata Tbk, PT Indosat Tbk, PT Bakrie Telecom Tbk, dan PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. This research has been analyzed by multiple regression method using SPSS 20. The result of this research shows that the factors that influence the decision making of capital investment for telecommunication's industry in Indonesia with the degree of certainty 5% is the operational performance (CFO) that the model which has been fomed can explain the decision to invest in the amount of 90.8%
