Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bentuk-bentuk wanprestasi yang terjadi dalam Pelaksanaan Perjanjian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa antara Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Metro dan PT. Bayang Bungo, mengetahui dan menganalisis upaya penyelesaian wanprestasi yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa antara Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Metro dan PT. Bayang Bungo. Jenis penelitian ini yuridis empiris. Penelitian dilakukan melalui studi kepustakaan dan lapangan. Lokasi penelitian di Kantor Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Kota Metro Provinsi Lampung. Responden penelitian adalah Pejabat Dinas Pekerjaan Umum yang terkait Kegiatan Rehabilitasi Rumah Dinas Walikota, Guest House, Landscape, dan Pagar dan Direktur Utama PT. Bayang Bungo. Cara pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, dan hasil analisis disajikan dengan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bentuk wanprestasi yang terjadi berupa keterlambatan melakukan apa yang diperjanjikan atau terlambat memenuhi prestasi dan melakukan prestasi tetapi tidak sesuai dengan apa yang diperjanjikan. Upaya penyelesaian wanprestasi tersebut dengan penghentian dan pemutusan kontrak seperti apa yang ada dalam perjanjian.

The aims of this research are to understand and analyze the types of breaches of contract that occurred in the implementation of procurement in the implementation of procurement agreement between Metro City Departement of Public Works and PT. Bayang Bungo, to understand and analyze the settlement of breaches of contract that occurred in the implementation of the procurement in the implementation of procurement agreement between Metro City Departement of Public Works and PT. Bayang Bungo. This is an empirical juridical research. Both researchers conducted the reseacrh by literature review and fieldwork. The reseacrh was conducted at the office of Metro City Departement of Public Works in Lampung Province. The respondent of research are officials in Department of Public Works related to Rehabilitation Government Official House of Mayor, Guest House , Landscape and Fence and President Director of PT.Bayang Bungo. The researchers mostly used interview as the data collecting method and wrote the results of the analysis descriptively. The result shows the types of breaches of contract that occurred were postponement to do what was agreed or what was contracted by both of them and not accordance to what was been in an agreement. The settelement of breaches of contract was by promoting a deliberation to reach a consensus according to what was agreed in the agreement.
