Laporan ini menjelaskan tentang pengolahan arsip audio visual di IVAA Yogyakarta dengan cara digitalisasi. Adapun tujuan dari laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan arsip audio visual dengan digitalisasi. IVAA menggunakan digitalisasi untuk mengolah arsip audio visual dengan tujuan agar memudahkan dalam akses user sebagai pelayanan dan dapat menyelamatkan isi informasi arsip tersebut. Metode pengumpulan data laporan dilakukan dalam tiga metode yaitu yang pertama metode wawancara (interview). Metode ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses pengolahan audio visual dengan digitalisasi secara langsung melalui sumber yang berkompeten dan menangani secara langsung. Metode kedua adalah metode studi pustaka. Metode ini dilakukan untuk memperkuat argumen penulis berdasarkan teori yang ada dan memperoleh data pendukung dengan literatur yang relevan dengan topik. Adapun metode yang terakhir digunakan adalah observasi partisipan. Metode ini digunakan untuk melakukan praktek serta pengamatan secara langsung di lapangan. Kesimpulan dari laporan ini bahwa pengolahan arsip audio visual di IVAA Yogyakarta menggunakan cara digitalisasi karena perkembangan zaman yang semakin moderen serat teknologi yang semakin mudah dan sangat memudahkan akses. Namun, dalam pengolahannya IVAA Yogyakarta belum sesuai prosedur yang benar, contohnya sarana penyimpanan fisik arsip audio visual dan depo arsip belum memenuhi prosedur.

This report describes the processing of audio visual archives in IVAA Yogyakarta by digitizing. The purpose of this report is to determine the processing of audio-visual archives with digitization. IVAA using digitization to give as facilitate to the user as a service and can save the contents of the archive information. Methods of data collection reports done in three methods: the first method of interview (interview). This method is carried out to determine the audio-visual processing by digitizing directly through competent sources and deal directly. The second method is a method of literature. This method is done to strengthen the argument based on the theory that there are writers and obtain supporting data with the literature relevant to the topic. The last method used was participant observation. This method is used for practice and direct observations in the field. The conclusion of this report that the processing of audio-visual archives in IVAA Yogyakarta using digitizing way because the times are getting modern fiber technology is increasingly easy and easy access. However, in the arrangement of IVAA Yogyakarta not fit the correct procedure, for example, means the physical storage of audio-visual archives and archives depot has not complied with the procedures.
