Keterkaitan Potensi Sumber Daya Pertanian dengan Potensi Sumber Daya Manusia Pertanian di Kabupaten Kuningan Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara potensi sumber daya pertanian dengan potensi sumber daya manusia pertanian, baik secara makro ataupun secara komponen-komponen yang telah ditetapkan yaitu untuk mengetahui keterkaitan antara luas panen, keberagaman komoditi, produksi, serta fasilitas dan jenis irigasi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia pertanian baik dengan potensi sumber daya manusia penyuluh ataupun dengan potensi sumber daya manusia petani. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah data sekunder yang lalu diolah dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis data yaitu korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara makro keterkaitan antara potensi sumber daya pertanian dengan potensi sumber daya manusia pertanian mempunyai tingkat hubungan yang rendah dengan nilai koefisien korelasinya yaitu 0,254. Sedangkan, keterkaitan potensi sumber daya manusia penyuluh dengan potensi sumber daya manusia petani di Kabupaten Kuningan mempunyai tingkat hubungan sangat rendah dengan nilai korelasi 0,051. Secara komponen-komponennya hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara luas panen dengan potensi sumber daya manusia penyuluh ialah -0,203 dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah, sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara luas panen dengan potensi sumber daya manusia petani ialah0,586 dengan tingkat hubungan yang sedang. Koefisien korelasi antara keberagaman komoditi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia penyuluh ialah -0,092 dengan tingkat hubungan sangat rendah, sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara keberagaman komoditi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia petani ialah 0,383 dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah. Koefisien korelasi antara produksi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia penyuluh ialah 0,001 dengan tingkat hubungan sangat rendah, sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara produksi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia petani ialah 0,344 dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah. Koefisien korelasi antara fasilitas dan jenis irigasi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia penyuluh ialah -0,014 dengan tingkat hubungan sangat rendah, sedangkan nilai koefisien korelasi antara fasilitas dan jenis irigasi dengan potensi sumber daya manusia petani ialah 0,347 dengan tingkat hubungan yang rendah.

The Linkages between The Potency of Agricultural Resources with The Human Resource Potency of Agriculture in Kuningan Regency The purpose of this research was to determine the linkages between the potency of agricultural resources with the human resource potency of agriculture. It is seen at the macro and its components to determine the linkages among the harvested area, the diversity of commodities, production, as well as facilities and the type of irrigation with agriculture human resource potency which is the human resource potency extension or the human resource potency of farmers. This research used the secondary data were processed and analyzed by using correlation test. The results of this study showed that the macro linkages between agricultural resources with human resource potency of agriculture had a low level degree of correlation with the value of the correlation coefficient was 0,254. Meanwhile, linkages between potency of human resources extension and potency of human resources farmers had very low levels of correlation standy by 0,051. By components results showed that the correlation coefficient between the harvested area and potency for extension of human resources was -0,203 with a low level of correlation, while the correlation coefficient between the harvested area with the potency of human resource farmers was 0,586 with a medium level of relationship. The correlation coefficient between the diversity of commodities and human resource potency extension was -0,092 with a very low level of correlation, while the correlation coefficient between the diversity of commodities and the human resource potency of farmers was 0,383 with a low level of relationship. The correlation coefficient between the production of the human resource potency extension was 0,001 with a very low degree of correlation, while the correlation coefficient between the production and the human resource potency of farmers was 0,344 with a low level of relationship. The correlation coefficient between the facility and the type of irrigation and human resource potency extension was - 0,014 with very low levels of correlation, while the correlation coefficient between the facility and the type of irrigation by farmers human resource potency was 0,347 with a low level of relationship.
