Penelitian yang berjudul “Dampak Alokasi Belanja Pembangunan APBD Propinsi Kalirnantan Tengah Terhadap Output Sektoral (Suatu Pendekatan Model Input-Output)” ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tambahan output yang dihasilkan dan kesempatan kerja yang ditim bulkan sebagai akibat belanja pembangunan APBD Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah Tattun Anggaran 199411 995 sampai dengan 199811 999. Di samping itu oenelitiao ini juga mengidentifikasikan sektor-sektor unggulan dan angka perigganda masing-masing sektor yang ada di Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah hei dasarkan Tabel Input-Output Kalimantan Tengah Tahun 1993 dan Tahun 1998. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa Tabel 1-0 Kalimantan Tengah Tahun 1993 dan Tahun 1998 dan data jumlah tenaga kerja sektoral di Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah yang diperoleh dari Kantor BPS Propinsi Kalirnantan Tengah serta data realisasi belanja pembangiiran APBD Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah Tahun Anggaran 199411 995 sampai dengan 199811 999 yang diperoleh dari Biro Keuangan Sekretar’ist Daerah Propinsi Kalimantan Tengah. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penclitian ini merupakan penjabaran dari model Input-Output. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sektor pengangkutan dan komunikasi, sektor jasa-jasa serta sektor pertanian, peternakan, kehutanan dan perikanan merupakan sektor yang mendapat alokas; belanja pembangunan terbesar. Berdasarkan hasil analisis sektor pertanian, peternakan, kehutanan dan perikanan, sektor industri pengolahan dan sektor jasa-jasa merupakan sektor yang perlu mendapat peihatian karsna sektorsektor ini mempunyai daya dukung yang kuat dan mampu memicu pertumbuhan perekonomian daerah.

The research that titled “Impact of the Allocating Development Financing in the Central Kalimantan Province APBD toward tlie Scctoral Output (An Approach of input-Output Model)”, is aimed to analyze the additional output that had been produced and the job opportunity, which are caused as a result from the impact of the Development Financing in the Central Kalimantan Province APBD in the Fiscal Year 1994/1995 to tne Fiscal Year 1998/1999. Besides that, this research also identified tha prime sectors and the multiplier effect in each sector that presents in the Central Kalimantan based on Table Input-Output of the Central Kalimantan Province in 1993 and 1998. The data that is used in this research is secondary data, in which the data is in the form of Table 1-0 of the Central Kalimantan Province in 1993 and 1998 and number of sectoral labors data in the Central Kslimantan Province, which is obtained from the Central Kalimantan Province’s B?S Office and also data of the development financing realization in the Central Kalimantan Province APBD in the Fiscal Year 199411995 to the Fiscal Year 1998/1999, which is obtained from the Finance Bureau of Regional Secretary, Central Kalimantan Province. Whereas, the analysis instrumerit that used in this research is a conversion from the Input-Output Model. The result of this research shows that the transportatiop and communication sectors, service sectors and also agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry and fishery sectors are sectors that had received the largest allocation of development financing. Whereas, based on the result of the analysis, the agriculture, animal husbandry, forestry and fishery sectors, processing industry sectors and service sectors are the sectors that really need to achieve more attention because these sectors have a strong supporting force and the sectors are capable to elicit the district’s economy development.
