PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS PARSIAL TENAGA KERJA STASIUN KERJA PENGUPASAN KULIT ARI NATA DE COCO DENGAN METODE MARVIN E. MUNDEL

CV. Agrindo Suprafood adalah salah satu industri yang mengolah air buah kelapa menjadi Nata de Coco. Lokasi CV. Agrindo Suprafood berada di daerah Kretek Jambidan Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta. Produktivitas pada CV. Agrindo Suprafood harus selalu mengalami peningkatan agar kebutuhan konsumen bisa terpenuhi, pemanfaatan tenaga kerja yang optimal akan membuat produksi yang maksimal. Salah satu stasiunkerja yang paling penting adalah pada pengupasan, sehingga produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja perlu untuk diidentifikasi. Input yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah jam kerja per periode (minggu) yang digunakan pada pengupasan kulit ari, input terbesar untuk jam kerja karyawan bernilai 245 jam. Sedangkan output yang digunakan adalah total pengupasan kulit ari, output terbesar yang berada pada periode pertama sebesar 24.770 kg. Perusahaan menetapkan untuk input standar adalah 252 jam kerja sedangkan untuk output standar sebesar 26.000 kg. Analisa produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja di stasiunkerja pengupasan kulit ari nata de coco CV. Agrindo Suprafood tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Marvin E. Mundel. Metode tersebut digunakan untuk pendekatan angka indeks sebagai standar kinerja dan dibandingkan dengan keadaan periode dasar. Perhitungan secara teoritis mampu menghasilkan indeks produktivitas tenaga kerja tertinggi sebesar 122,521 dengan kenaikan sebesar 22,521%. Tingkat produktivitas parsial dan indeks produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja (jam kerja) tertinggi pada unit pengupasan kulit ari selama periode bulan Mei 2012 hingga Juli 2012, dengan 6 periode yang mempunyai indeks produktivitas di bawah standar dan 4 yang memenuhi standar. CV. Agrindo Suprafood is one of the industry which processes coconut water becomes nata de coco. Location of the CV. Agrindo Suprafood is at area of Kretek Jambidan Banguntapan Bantul Yogyakarta. Productivity of CV. Agrindo Suprafood have to always have increasing in order that consumen demand can be met, use of optimal labors will make maximal production. One of the most important work station is on exfoliation, so the labor partial productivity need to be identified. Input which was used in the research was total of working hours per period (week) that was used on the epidermal exfoliation, the largest input for the labor working hours as value 245 hours, while the output which was used was total of the epidermal exfoliation, the largest output which was on the first period as many 24.770 kg. The company determined for the standard input is 252 working hours while for the standard output as many 26.000 kg. Analysis of the labor partial productivity at the epidermal exfoliation work station of the nata de coco CV. Agrindo Suprafood was done by using Marvin E. Mundel method. The method was used for index number approach as performance standard and compared with condition basic period. Theoretical measurement is able to produce index of the highest labor productivity as many 122,521 with increasing as many 22,521%. Level of partial productivity and index of the highest labor partial productivity (working hours) on the unit of epidermal exfoliation for period of May 2012 until July 2012, with 6 periods which have index of productivity is under standard and 4 which meet the standard.
