Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan industri kerajinan tapis di kota Bandar Lampung

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan usaha industri kerajinan tapis serta hubungan antara modal keja, bahan baku, tenaga keja dan tehnologi. Data ymg digunakan di dalam penelitian inj adalah data primer dan sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara langsung dengan peiigraj in tapis dan data sekunder diperoleh dari Departemen Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kota Bandar Lampung serta BAPPEDA Kota Bandar Lampung. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil analisis tersebilt kemudian dianalisis dengan uji-t dan uji statistik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa adanya keterbatasan tenaga kerja yang terampil dan usaha pemasaran had kerajinan yang belum maksimal dan efektif sehingga perlu pembinaan dan kerja sana yang lebih intensif. Hasil analisis linier berganda diketahui bahwa 86,23% variabel kesuksesan usaha industri kerajinan tapis dipengaruhi oleh variabel modal kerja, tenaga kerja, bahan baku dan tehnologi yang digunakan dalam proses produksi. Pengaruh terbesar adalali tenaga kerja yaitu apabila pengrajin tapis ingin meningkatkan produksinya sebesar 0,6142% maka tenaga kerja yang dibutuhkan harus ditingkatkan sebesar 1%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa baik secara parsial maupun bersama-sama variabel modal kerja, bahan baku, tenaga kerja dan tehnologi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesuksesan usaha industri kerajinan tapis sehingga hipotesis yag diajukan diterima.

The main issues of this research are the affected factors to the success of Tapis Handycraft industries in Bandar Lampung City. This research was aimed to reveal any affected factors to the success of Tapis Handycraft industries and the related of works capital, materials, employees and technology. The gathering data are primary and secondary data, the first was gathered by interviewing Tapis Handycraft directly in site, and the later was found from Industry and Trading Departement and BAPPEDA of Bandar Lampung City. This research applied the double linear regression analysis, the results were analyzedby t-test and statistical test then. The results showed that there are ineffective limited talented employees and the marketing efforts haven’t been maximized yet, they need more intensively training and cooperation. It was found by double linear regression that 86.23% variables of the success of Tapis Handycraft industries was affected by the variables such as applied works capital, employees, materials and technology in the production process. The most affected was employees, if Tapis handycrafiers increased the required employees 1 %, then the production will increase amount of works capital, materials, employees and technology variables positively affected and they are significant to the success of Tapis handycraft industries, with the result that the proposed hypothesis could be accepted
