Laporan Tugas Akhir berjudul Analisis Prosedur Pembayaran Hutang Kepada Pihak Ketiga di PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit IV Cilacap, bertujuan untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pembayaran hutang kepada Pihak Ketiga sudah sesuai belum dengan prosedur yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan, mengetahui bagaimana Sistem Pengendalian Intern terhadap prosedur pembayaran hutang kepada pihak ketiga. Metode yang digunakan dalam Laporan Tugas Akhir ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan studi lapangan yang mencakup observasi, wawancaradan studi kepustakaan. Hasil laporan menunjukkan hasil bahwa masih terdapat beberapa aktivitas yang masih belum sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan seperti pada saat penyerahan syarat penagihan pembayaran, saat melakukan verifikasi dokumen, dan pada saat melakukan input data. Sistem Pengendalian Intern terhadap prosedur pembayaran hutang kepada Pihak Ketiga tercermin pada adanya struktur organisasi yang memisahkan tanggungjawab fungsional secara tegas, dan praktik yang sehat dalam melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi setiap unit organisasi.

Final Project Report Analysis Procedure Payment of Debt To Third Party in PT. Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit IV Cilacap, the purpose is to find out the implementation of payment of debt to third party is in compliance with procedure that adobted by the company, to find out how System of Internal Control of the debt payment procedure to the third party. The method that used in this report is deskriptif method. As for data collection the author using field studies that include observation, interviews, and literature view. The result of the report show that there is some activities that still not in compliance with SOP company such as when submission requirement for payment billing, when verify the document, and when input the data. System of Internal Control of the debt payment procedure to the third party reflected in the organizational structure that separate the functional responsbilityclearly, and a right practice in carrying out the duties and functions of each unit in the organization.
