Hubungan Antara Kepuasan Kerja Dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris hubungan antara kepuasan kerja dengan organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Hipotesis penelitian ini yakni ada hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan OCB. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala OCB dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,913 dan skala kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien reliabilitas 0,867. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 62 orang karyawan PT Kalbe Farma Jakarta. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment dari Pearson dan menghasilkan indikasi bahwa terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan OCB (r = 0,714; p < 0,01). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, maka hipotesis dari penelitian ini dapat diterima.

This study was aimed to empirically examine the correlation between work satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior. The hypothesis stated that there is positive correlation between work satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior. The data were collected using organizational citizenship behavior scale with alpha coefficient of reliability 0.913 and work satisfaction scale with alpha coefficient of reliability 0.867. The subjects of this study are 62 employee PT Kalbe Farma Jakarta. Product moment correlation method from Pearson was used to analyze the data of this study and the result indicates that there is a positive and significant relationship between work satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior (r = 0.714; p < 0.01). Based on the result, the hypothesis of this study can be accepted. The effective contribution of work satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior is about 50.9%.
