ALAT PENDETEKSI WARNA DENGAN SENSOR TCS3200 BERBASIS ARDUINO DAN PLC

Perkembangan teknologi khususnya di dunia industri semakin pesat dan menuntut adanya perkembangan dalam hal peningkatan efisiensi produksi. Proses produksi di industri khususnya proses sorting, diperlukan optimasi baik dari kinerja dan hasil produksinya, sehingga diperoleh efisiensi kerja yang maksimal. Salah satu optimasi proses sortir adalah dengan otomasi. Pensortiran berdasarkan warna adalah salah satunya. Untuk menjawab kebutuhan tersebut dirancanglah alat penyortir warna berbasis Arduino dan PLC. Sensor warna yang digunakan adalah TCS3200 yang dapat mengenali warna RGB dari sebuah benda. Benda yang akan disortir dijalankan oleh konveyor menuju tempat penampungan. Ketika benda mengenai sensor infra merah maka konveyor akan berhenti, sehingga posisi benda berada tepat di bawah sensor warna kemudian dibaca warnanya oleh sensor warna. Setelah warna benda terbaca, tempat penampung benda akan bergerak sesuai dengan jenis warnanya.

Technological developments, especially in the industrialized world and the rapidly increasing demands of the development in terms of increasing production efficiency. The production process in the industry, particularly the process of sorting, needed a good optimization of the performance and results of production, in order to obtain maximum working efficiency. One of the sorting process optimization is with automation. Sorting by color is one of them. To answer this need dirancanglah Arduino-based color sorter tool and PLC. Color sensor used is TCS3200 that can recognize the RGB color of an object. Objects will be sorted run by conveyor to the shelter. When the object of the infrared sensor, the conveyor will stop, so that the exact position of the object is under the color sensor then reads the color by color sensor. After the color of objects read, placeholder objects will move according to the type of color.
